I have never tried their service or drinks. But have to give a five star for how people are creative being mean when they commented and gave a one star to this place.
Says it’s open til 1 am. Closed at 12:41 and rude af, flicked me off and closed the blinds.

I go here mainly for the underground pool tables. If I want tea drinks, I prefer many other places, especially in Chinatown. I frequent Mr. Wish & Tea-Do. From what I remember, the drinks from this place are good.I forget how much they charge for the underground activities, but I remember it being affordable. Beware though, the basement reeks of cigarette smoke. The bathroom there is disgusting.

wonderful late night spot! feels like you're visiting a good friend's house who will make you boba tea and ramen :') as long as you don't mind/like the smell of cigs and a wacky playlist! love it here.
Cool setting with A/C, games, pool table and the only area open late good for late bus rides while you relax and eat.

This place is a hidden gem for Philly night owls and the socially anxious/claustrophobic. I work late, and I don't know many places open later that aren't bars or loud and crowded restaurants. It has become one of my go-tos. When people are playing pool in the downstairs lounge, the sound of voices is comforting without being distracting. The high ceilings make it feel spacious, although it's not overly big. Very simple and comfortable; like working from home, or in a quiet mall food court late at night. The shelves of board games, unpretentious decor, slight smell of cigarettes, all add to this homey feeling. The playlist is energetic but the music is not too loud. Service is quick but not overbearing. The tea and snack offerings are diverse without being over-complicated. This place is underrated.

It's feral but safe. Perfect late night spot with friends
The quality of the drinks here does not make up for the poor service provided to even get a drink at this place. That's not saying much because the drinks are mediocre. Then, to not even be acknowledged as a customer is awful. "You ready?" Was the first thing said to me here. Disrespect.
