We had a private room, considering it didn't have air or lighting and we couldn't find preferred music, it was the pits. And at $100/hr (for the private room) and having to buy $100 in drinks it just wasn't worth it. Place I love was having an event, took a chance and won't be back. Don't recommend.

I was not a fan of this place- it was a vibe because of the people I went with. I also did not go on an active night. It’s in China town Philadelphia which is a great spot. The sports bar that’s connected to it is actually a decent vibe. I’d rather that place for a drink and a good time.

We got there at 1:11am they were supposed to be open til 3am. It was pretty empty, and we got a room. The sound system karaoke machine kept messing up. Then they said they had no food menu, no real drinks. Yet they wanted us to keep the room minimum. Then they came in at 2 and said we're kicking everyone out at 2:15am we decided to close early.
The place is a little clubby but they have private karaokes room, only giving it a 3 star because it's not really my vibe, but somebody might like the vibe.

Pretty good food but horrible customer service. This business does not understand American customer service. If the waiter messes up an order or recommends something that you cant eat or find too salty, it is up to the business to make it right. Mistakes from the business side should never be passed along to the customer. You are not entitled to your customers money when you make a mistake. I have had this experience a couple of times. Learning American customer service and business law will keep this business from being reported to government agencies for violations. Because of this, I do not recommend.
