Everything was good! Best Mac and Cheese I’ve had from a Philly soul food spot in a long time. Greens didn’t need hot sauce. Fish was fried to perfection. I will be stopping at the restaurant to enjoy the atmosphere 10/10 would order and recommend

When I tell y’all this food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the salmon bites, the rice and gravy, the wings and the bread omgggggg! And let’s not mention I just met the owner and she’s sweet as pie! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!

I visited on Tuesday afternoon, I was expecting to sit down and enjoy my meal but it was take out only. Which was disappointing being from out of town. I ordered fried turkey chops, rice and gravy and greens also chicken and shrimp alfredo with broccoli. When I say that was the best turkey chop I ever had it wasn't thick and was fried and seasoned beautifully. That alfredo was great. The portions was so good that those 2 meals lasted me until the next day. When I come back to philly please have the dining room open i want to experience the whole vibe.

My wife love the food here so I wanted to surprise my Queen , on a beautiful Friday afternoon with a early dinner so ,I go inside to order and a few things was a big disappointing, first I asked if you can get all flat pieces of wings and the answer was no, ok second I asked if I get 12 wings can it be half one flavor and half another the answer was no lol ok third so I order , and I pull out a credit card and the dude some cash only SERIOUSLY, come on now I do under that this restaurant is in the hood , but cash only , listen I don't care if they had credit card problem in the pass , or charge 3% to use a credit card , but everyone done carry cash , cash is not insured like credit card , one thing wife and said we want to support small businesses, crap like this I will run to a large chain company where I can get all flap pieces of wings dings , or two different flavor I don't care about paying extra it's not about the money but it's about making a customer happy and not telling them no.

Funny part is the young man who took my order said sorry that we only take cash, I said all good it's your lost .

Food is always on point! I love it!! The ribs are so tender and melt in your mouth. We drive from Delaware to get their food. The staff is always nice and friendly

I was pleasantly suprised.i stopped by with my parents and husband for takeout. We waited a little but was worth it.Eveything we ordered was very good. Turkey chops, turkeywings,beef ribs,chicken, wings,salmon, macaroni and cheese,rice,greens ,grean beans. When I do soul food, it is usually something I don't like.I enjoyed everything

Been here a few times. I feel different every time I come honestly. Not a fan of the ox tails. I would say my fav dish would be the lamb chops. The chicken wing dinner actually looked pretty fire but I stuck with my lamb. I def wouldn’t come here for date night but with the guys for sure.

The food was nice and hot, however the collard greens, had too much vinegar, was not cooked long enough, and spicy. I could not eat the collard greens ended up throwing them away. The juice from the greens ran over on my chicken wings.. overall the food was good, just cook the greens longer and leave the spice out of it and vinegar.

I ordered the salmon dinner with Mac and yams and string beans. It wasn’t good at all and I eat almost anyone’s Mac and cheese. I wouldn’t say the place was dirty but flies were present making the experience difficult trying to swap them. The service was good and the setting was nice

I took my mother here for her birthday for what I thought would be a nice lunch! I was sadly mistaken our waiter was rude and seemed like he was irritated we were even there. The drinks came out in about 15 minutes and they were good. Our food took over an hour and it came out cold! We told the waiter and he asked did we want him to microwave it after waiting a hour we want fresh food. I got the oxtails and my mom got the ribs the food was not nasty just cold! We got to go boxes and took it home to microwave ourself! For the price this was truly unacceptable our waiter never even asked what we were celebrating and completely ruined my moms birthday with his attitude. We will not be returning
