Tattooed Mom really should be hidden much better; otherwise you guys will have all sorts of characters moving to Philadelphia! Neat little place to hang out. The pool/billiards table upstairs is fun, just need to put some money in it to get the balls to come out. Drinks were fine, but they'll give you more ice than liquid if you don't request less or no ice.
I heard a lot about this place, but thought it was going to be grungy inside. It’s the exact opposite. It’s really cute and fun inside. I definitely was sleeping on this place.
