Asked for a drink half sweet and it was still so sweet it made my teeth hurt. When I asked if the drink was indeed half sweet I was told it was. Staff apparently not concerned if customers are satisfied with the drinks.

my go to spot to get boba in chinatown. so affordable with great options. highly recommend!! the customer service is great and i always get an onigiri with my drink. they are very great w subs and add ons i was able to add/sub fruits in my smoothie. love their specials and fruit teas.

I paid with pure dimes. The workers were very nice about it and willingly counted through the money. Yes, its the same currency, yes its still money, but imagine having a long shift, serving customers, and some random girl walks in and hands you a bag of 150 dimes. How would you react? They were very kind and patient about it, and also quick. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 food

I ordered plain Japanese green tea and the guy took my order confirmed with me twice. Then, it turned out to be green milk tea. The girl staff even gaslighted me that they don’t have plain tea here. SO IRRESPONSIBLE IT SAYS JAPANESE GREEN TEA IN BOTH ENGLISH AND CHINESE ON YOUR MENU.
Tea Do has an expansive menu of tea drinks, along with light Asian snacks. I like the onigiri and the takoyaki. Great spot for a meeting friends or for a quick tea and snack.

Cute tea shop. Comfortable spot to get out of the cold and enjoy some boba milk tea. Daughters enjoyed the Thai milk tea and green apple smoothie. My Vietnamese iced coffee was strong and woke me up.
