Everything on the menu is great, especially their brunch/coffee/pastries. On the dinner menu, the pizza is really good (again, as is everything else).

Tela’s is one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood! Excellent latte before I get on the bus in the morning, great brunch on the weekend, and a solid dinner menu as well.

Tela's is a staple of the neighborhood. It's a cool relaxed place to dine with delicious pancakes and nice coffee.

Love this place but they need to hire more people - just got turned away even tho there were tables because they wouldn't be able to get a server to me.

Great food and coffee. Service is a little slow at busy hours. Solid background music as well

I would have given a 5 star but had to do 4 because of an incident I witnessed. I was there for the eagles parade and had a great time. The staff was clearly working hard and I got my drinks in a timely fashion, and grabbed a cheesesteak which was amazing. Unfortunately I saw a man that looked like the owner cursing at his staff and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Otherwise I had a great experience.
You make long term patrons by treating everyone equally. What you have here is performative management. That’s when the manager makes it an effort to quickly approach only certain parties based on their own closed off judgements. While we would have been returning customers this was the first and last visit based on that alone. In this day and age it’s really pathetic that people have to be a victim of discrimination or even ageism which proves the closed off world some live in. Sweet host, the only saving grace. Unfortunately not enough to recommend to family and friends.

You never know what you're gonna get but I gave it a shot. So nice. Spotless clean. Super friendly. Good music at a good volume. And the food was great and came out at a good time. I look forward to coming back. They are open till 3pm.

Tela's is my favorite brunch place! It has the coziest atmosphere and the food is always delicious. The drinks also never disappoint. Every time I go Tela's, I really look forward to trying a new dish and drink. I would highly recommend this place!

Overall great experience. Food was good, but expected better.
The veggie hoagie was dry; could've used more dressing or aioli.
The truffle parmesan fries didn't have much truffle flavor
The French toast was very good. Fluffy, fruits on top were sweet and the jam was good.
Coffee was good too.

Very similar experience as many others have claimed to have from 2pm-4pm. Staff were all hanging around the coffee area and it was challenging to get their attention. When we got their attention they seemed bothered and annoyed.
