I grew up half a block away .It’s as good as it was back then. what a great family! They don’t make them like this anymore. Over 50 years ago as a child I would run up to Joe and he would have cream puffs in his hands behind his back l was a regular visitor and now I am supporting his current family much love and great memories! My mom was just there today Friday, 1/31/2025 at 12:30PM and ordered a coffee. My mom received her order then went back to ask for sugar. The lady behind the counter said no and refused to give her sugar after she had purchased the coffee from there and proceeded to smile at the pizza place employee next door as if it was a joke. do not go here they are rude and not professional!

Pretty disappointed in this location. I love Termini cannoli so decided to get one while we were staying at Live. The filling was warm and tasted sour. I'm lucky I didn't get sick. My husband said the filling was hanging behind the counter in large bags and not refrigerated, plus the heat from Lorenzo's next door was most likely effecting the product as well. It's disappointing that so many people travel to Philadephia and patronize this location expecting the typical quality that everyone raves about only to receive spoiled product that does not live up to the Termini name. Would not purchase from this location again.

I had a cup cakes kit and fig bars delivered as a gift. The products were delicious and fun. Presentation was great. The gift package delivered to the wrong house. The customer service, friendliness and follow up was also excellent. Great place.

Absolutely amazing place. The best amaretti cookies I have ever had. Nicest employees as well. We visited from Tennessee and they truly made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. So excited they ship as well. Will definitely become a stop for us when we are in the city.

UPDATE:I was very surprised that Termini Bros reached out to me to right the previous experience. I received some very fresh almond horns from them that were very fresh and tasty. Well I blew my New Year resolution on these tasty horns but it was well worth it. I'm going to be certain to visit their flagship store when I'm in Philadelphia to stock up on these ???Foolishly I tried the cute carrot cakes and they taste as if they've been sitting on display for a year. They should be embarrassed putting their name on this garbage and Live Casino in Philadelphia should be ashamed that they've permitted them to take up space and sell their visitors what amounts to trash. I won't be making this mistake again. Viewers, you have been warned!Purchased a few goods to try with my husband. I love Almond Horns and I was excited to see them because every bakery doesn't carry them. I purchased 2 and couldn't wait to try them. I mean if you've ever made them they are far from difficult to get right. When I say these were by far the most stale baked good I've ever come across. Both were so hard I couldn't even break them with my hands. I was so mad and disappointed I traveled home with their trash. They should be ashamed of themselves. We purchased a couple other items but after seeing the quality of these I have no better expectations of anything else from this location. I used a heavy knife sharpener and whacked them a few times to break them up, smh.
Dietary restrictions: If you are trying to avoid voiding sweets this is your place because you won't be able to eat their old stale goods.
