Ordered thru drive-thru. Ordered fingers and mac and cheese. Got fingers and mashed potatoes. For not being that busy. To me food took a long time then normal

I go to this place to get some chicken they got a deal four for five they only offering two thighs no I'm sorry two legs and a thigh and a biscuit I go to Popeye's the three for five they give me a breast thigh and two drums for the same price this place don't want to give you no extra chicken or nothing for the deal I don't understand why also none of them in that store speak English they all had a hard time understanding English they all speak Spanish and need to hire some people who speaks English in this store

The website says that closes at 2:00 AM, but at 1 AM I arrived and everything was closed. Why are you misleading people?

Never open on time. My lunch is at 10:00 it says they open at 10:00 am it’s not 10:10 and they still not open. They just keep looking at you laughing.

Food is Fresh & good sometimes customer service can be a little rude and inpatient with their customers they almost made me not want to come back but the chicken is so fresh and good and I like the prices better than Popeyes & KFC so I come back would give it a five if customer service gets better

Today may very well be ma last time here. The woodland ave location is pristine. Today was maybe my 5th time here, 4th bad experience. They take forever because none of the women ever know what they’re doing. Even had to settle for a couple of original pieces of chicken because they ran low on spicy. Just a poorly ran location lacking preparation in all phases. Makes u want to go to southwest

Got the 10 piece family box they gave me the tiniest pieces of chicken they had, the Puerto Rican girl that was on the drive through window kept getting smart and had a attitude

Don't know how their food is but stood there at the register for 15 minutes no greeting not even. Eye contact except from the girl in drive thru horrible service and about 15 people waiting for food .

I have been going to this place for last five years and the food was always phenomenal but today I found a piece of metal like the cleaning steel wool piece in the chicken tenders. Attach is the picture and a receipt.

We never have a problem with the food we ordered from this place always fresh, but today I was just calling to informed my husband's mashed potatoes had a big piece of metal inside looks like a metal from a can. Thanks God it wasn't for our baby girl. Next time answer the phone pls and thank you.
