I always buy from this place and really like their chicken — it's consistently good.
However, the cashiers are unfortunately not at the same level.

#1 they hire people with no customer service. the lady in the front had her AirPods in and talking on the phone having us repeat the order 3 times all for her to say they can’t do it because it’s 11:30…
#2 you close at 1am so why can’t you make two burgers a whole hour and half before?

I ate in. It is very clean. I got the 4 for 5 deal. I think it is a good value. The soda was another 2.50. So 8.09 for three pieces of dark meat, a biscuit, and a drink. The chicken is crunchy and hot. The biscuit is surprisingly good.
My friend brought this chicken to our grief share meeting. I have been meaning to come here. I am glad I did.

I just called to ask a question and the lady on the phone hung up on my face that was very disrespectful I was hungry and I wanted to make to make sure that the store was open before ordering online. You can’t treat a human being like that that’s so disrespectful.

The tall Pakistani lady in front of cash doesn’t know how to give customer service . Today, I went there with my kid. She taking my order meanwhile she’s talking with another Pakistani girl constantly. That lady also customer. She might have known her. I have to repeat couple of times my order. When she gave my order she didn’t give any sauce. I went back and told her you didn’t give sauce, than she gave me 2 ketchup seriously my order was about $20 . I told her give me hot sauce she told me she don’t have. But the other Pakistani lady she gave her I more than 10 packs of hot sauce . Right away I went to her and told her you just told me you don’t have but now how you give her ? Then she gave 2 packs hot sauce . Now my question to the owner that , we are customers, we go your store to purchase food by our own money . We don’t go your store for begging food. So before and after hiring employees teach some manner . Ridiculous

The food took forever we go there at 10-10 and didn’t get our food til 10:43 they waited till the last minute to let us know they ran out just ridiculous they could of given an eat time but the didn’t they can do better hope the food is good will let YALL know

Tex's Chicken & Burgers is one of the spots that remain open super late. When ever I get off of a super late shift, I would stop by and grab something to eat since I would typically not eat all day due to work.

The food is okay, and not mind blowing, just a burger to have a quick bite before heading home for the night. Service is okay, the cooks could be slow at times. The inside of the restaurant has sticky/oily floors, which doesn't bother me, but something to points out.

Came at 1:30 to get a late order before closing the young lady damn near ran me out the store to close I came here cause I thought they was closed late. She literally asked me to hurry up on checking my food cause she gotta close.i didn’t like that service I understand she wanna go home but don’t treat me like that when I came to spend my money
