Service was extremely poor. Didn’t receive refills on drinks. Didn’t receive food, drinks, or anything in a timely manner. Often items being forgotten like condiments & drinks. Food was bland, dry, or oily. Certain items looked like they had been sitting there the whole day.
Please pay attention to your bill they will charge you for the items they forgot. **They also charged me a 30% gratuity automatically to my check and called it a “service charge” when I inquired about it suddenly the check was corrected to 15% & I was advised any purchases over $50 this service charge/gratuity is automatically added.** I figured this was an important detail to share with the public PRIOR to dining here since they DO NOT feel the interest to disclose this information.
Drinks like teas/lemonades are considered “specialty drinks” & there are no refills included, even though they are the same price as fountain drinks… and probably come from a fountain. There is absolutely nothing special about them, & when you ask for a refill LOL- they will not get you the drink, but will remember to charge you ;)
Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. They are definitely handling things unprofessionally and more than likely illegal in there.

Don't come here! Unless you have 1 and half to wait for your food. Didn't have the shrimp for the whisky sampler, manager made NO concession wouldn't discount...never came to the table. Changed order to a burger which was completely burnt on the bottom. I got broccoli salmon. Salmon was edible, broccoli was half cooked, half raw out the package. I'll pass next time! Oh they were out of bacon for the bacon burger, asked if we wanted bacon bits instead! Would be funny if not sad! The waitress tried!

The music was loud and terrible the server was ditsy in the head and took mad long to do everything she would go in the back and never come out… literally and the soda machine was nasty the salmon was burnt the ribs was burnt the tenders and mac was bland like i just don’t recommend you waste your time here

We ordered wings, fried and a salad. The wings came out before the salad. My wings were over cooked and fires were brown as if the grease was dirty. My ain’t ordered fried chicken salad with bacon.. Salad took 30 minutes to come out and when it did the chicken was ice cold and and the bacon was dry Ms crispy

You need to be ashamed of yourself my order was horrible mashed potatoes missing. batter falling off the shrimp chicken was rubbery Brocoli was overcooked and old looking had peices of some other type food in them I hope they wasn't off someone else's plate I can't eat this nor can I take it back I'm on bed rest with nothing to eat.
I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Cajun Alfredo which was horrible. The Alfredo sauce was like it was watered down. Will never order from this place again.

The whole side of the building is cold and could at least have heaters. Waitress was not feeling well, inattentive and slow. However, we witnessed her give better service to other tables. Not sure why she was not feeling us, maybe because we were a work group of seven? The manager never introduced himself. We have no plans to return... ever.

I normally support businesses that support military, law enforcement and senior citizens. This company does not, but I ate there anyway. The service was good. The food pretty good, but the fact that they don't support military, law enforcement, or senior citizens with a discount was disappointing.
