I love this place because they are always so nice and it’s a great neighborhood spot! Their iced coffee is yummy, they always ask if you’d like room for milk, they have almond and oat milk out and usually a couple simple syrup options. And the bagels get the job done, the lox spread rocks. I love it! <3

Great breakfast place and very friendly staff but please replace the drippy coffee lids! Every time I get a coffee here it drips all over my car
