This has been my go-to bakery since I lived in Philly! Always a great selection & variety of items with the ability to try something different each time you visit. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and will keep coming back! Also some great gluten-free and vegan options there as well.

Every time I come here I'm never disappointed. The blueberry, carrot, and Nutella muffins are delicious. The menu is great for a small bakery. There are a few seats here but I wouldn't recommend sitting in due to space. The servers were attentive and quick. Whenever I want something sweet I come here for desserts.

Fantastic little bakery with delicious treats, great coffee, and wonderful service! This little bakery doesn't have great indoor seating but the ambiance is great and down the street from Ritten Square.

Every day I dream about the Italian ricotta cookies, unfortunately I moved far away but if I could ship them across oceans I totally would :)

I visited this place and ordered two items: a triple chocolate cookie and a salmon avocado toast. The triple chocolate cookie tastes good, but it has a texture more like a chocolate cupcake, crumbly like cake, in the shape of a cookie ($4.95).The salmon avocado toast is a tasty, ordinary toast, but it only came with one regular-sized slice (was expecting two given the price of $14.95 or $13.95). The expected portion size, in my opinion, did not align with the price.Gets busy in the morning.Dietary restrictions: They offer GF items

Visited this bakeshop very quickly on a run through the city and I've gotta say this review is solely on counter top bake goods because unfortunately I didn't have time to sit down and order something fresh. I was close by however and after hearing so many reviews thought it'd be worth it to give it a go. I ordered a spinach and feta filo pastry as well as a coffee scone. I was very unimpressed by both. Hoping I can go back in the future and order something else maybe from their menu but for both the things that I ordered, I couldn't even finish them sadly. The place however is just as adorable as it's name, and all staff seemed absolutely lovely - which is why I still want to return. Maybe I just went on an off day.

This bakery came highly recommended to me by local residents. I can say that after doing a mini food crawl around Philly, it was absolutely outstanding and worth a visit / one of the best spots I went to. The Bakeshop on 20th had *the* most amazing apple cake ever!!! (And I don't even like apples!) It tastes amazing with their hot latte. If you're here, please get the apple cake for me and enjoy the most perfect bite. Cheers!

I overheard someone saying it’s the Year of the Dragon, so it’ll be lucky for them. I hope so, because the treats here have given me two fantastic mornings.

The Bakeshop on Twentieth is located in the neighborhood of our hotel so we visited randomly. The decor is adorable with cozy ambiance.Their texture wasn’t our favorite type but the filling was smooth and rich. My roommate loves their satisfying Sticky Bun so much. It’s soft and rich with various nuts but too sweet for me.

The most unbelievable pastries I've ever had. Also make a mean breakfast burrito. I highly recommend this bake shop for any of your sweet tooth needs!

The Bakeshop on Twentieth is a fantastic bakery and home to an incredible breakfast sandwich. It is well staffed. The team there quickly and politely takes your order and moves customers through the cozy store. There is no parking as expected for center city Philly. $50 total for two breakfast sandwiches, 4 large pastries, and a cold brew. Great selection and perfectly baked. Thank you.
