Stopped By For A Quick Bite & A Drink During The Afternoon. There Were People But Not Many So Service At The Bar Was Really Fast. I Ordred A Cup Of Turkey Chilli & It Was Good Price Wasn’t Bad Either ($5). I’m Not A Beer Drinker But I Tried The Victory Berry Monkey & It Was Pretty Good. I Also Got A Double Shot Of Espolon & That Was Only $15 !? Usually That’s The Price Of The Shot. I Will Definitely Be Back Might Make A Nice Pregame Spot.
Stopped in before a show at the Met to grab some food and drinks. Sat at the bar but there were a lot of people sitting outside on picnic tables. Service was quick at the bar, food was good, and place was overall super chill. Definitely a solid neighborhood bar in Fairmount. Seemed like everyone knew each other.
I was in the area and surprised to see Bishop still open. It's been over 20 years since I was last in. I had a pils from Vermont that was so tasty, turkey chilli, and a flank steak sandwich. Nice chill spot that we spent a few hours before heading away.
