The building was nice to visit due to its historical value, but referring to it as a "food hall" is a bit misleading. There's a great deal of construction taking place at the moment and not much "food hall"ing to be had. However, it clearly holds a lot of promise and I really enjoyed the famous names on the wall and the access to beautifully decorated public restrooms!

There is now two Philly cheesesteak fry joints. Don’t waste your time. We didn’t stay.

First time experiencing this market and it was amazing. Absolutely loved my chicken sandwich. And stopped by to grab some desserts as well...as they were just as fabulous!! It was all fresh, upbeat, and a neat experience. A must try.

I gave (3) Stars because I'm not sure what's going on there....
The place is beautiful as you look up from the 1st floor stairs to what the sign says are offices. The Food court is practically abandoned though. There is a small coffee shop in the center, I did not have coffee there.
I feel they may be doing renovations, or maybe just have that place open when vendors set up for special events, because the inner courtyard of where there used to be food vendors is completely barren.
The la
voratories are open until 5:00 p.m.

They are under renovation and there are only a few pretty ho-hum food stalls open right now. The folks that waited on us were very kind and gave us a few little extra sauces to try which was nice. But I was so disappointed that we specifically came here for a stall that is no longer available and it’s still showing on their website. They need to update their website so that people know what’s actually available right now and don’t waste their time.
If you are in this area and just want a quick place to grab some pretty standard food with minimal wait at reasonable prices for the middle of the tourist area, go for it. My son enjoyed his Philly cheesesteak and I had a decent buffalo shrimp wrap.
But this is certainly not the dining experience I had hoped when I sought out a place in the city during my short visit. I wanted to get something I can’t find back home.

Sadly when we were there this week, only 2 food stalls were operating; the rest in various stages of abandonment. Contrasting this to our last visit pre-pandemic when the place was bustling and had a wonderful variety of choices. We did not even stay to eat this time, it was so pathetic inside.
