The Cauldron is a cool place to go with friends for a magical/wizardy experience, but it’s primarily for the atmosphere. The setting is great! The food tasted great too, but the portions were way too small for the cost. The service was decent, but slow and haphazard at times. The drinks were a hit or miss: some of them were delicious. Others were bland and standard drinks with some theatrical twist. Overall, nice experience, but not worth the cost
Vegetarian options: Super small portions
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options were nicely identified
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible at all. Multiple stairs in front, a narrow hallway to the main entrance, and cramped inside

Went on time to our reservation and were told to wait at the bar which had no space, so we had to stand at the corridor entrance because there isn't a true waiting space. We were told it would be a few mins but left after 15 mins of no service, no further updates from staff, and seeing another party that was waiting that came in after us get seated (unclear if the other parties reservation was before ours but didn’t change that we were on time for our reservation and still waiting). It looks like owner/manager keeps responding to many similar reviews about wait times argumentatively when the wait times issue should be feedback they take away and address which is too bad…especially since it seemed like cool space but reservations are made for a reason.....
To owner: I don’t usually respond but what are you on about? But hey, since I saw an apology in there somewhere (to someone?) I bumped it up a star for you—hope that helps! Take a breathe, it’s gonna be okay.

We made a reservation and were told to wait, another group came in later and were let in before us, we left after 15 min of no service
Edit: In response to the owner's comment, it did take longer than 5 minutes (we have clocks on our phones), and an open table was given to a party that arrived after us. Disappointing that accountability can't be taken.
Edit 2: I usually wouldn't respond so much, but I find it frustrating that our wait time continues to be misstated. This is not the first time this issue has been raised based on previous reviews, and it's disheartening to see it dismissed. As a business owner, I would expect a more professional approach when addressing concerns from patrons.

Fun one of a kind experience! Thanks to our potion master Zach for showing us the way. It’s was a fun and inviting atmosphere with a great playlist. We enjoyed the experience, food, and drinks! Service was fun and attentive. We had 3 drinks each. We had the magic alcoholic elixir from ”Miny” the unicorn, The Forger’s Cauldron, and Stingy Jack’s Doom. They were all tasty and fun to create. We also had the fish and chips and Toffee Pudding Bundt Cake. They were tasty, fresh, and hot.

The drinks (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic) we're not great. I'm sure they try to find a balance, but none of what we tried were great. The staff was awesome, the experience great (for us and the kids) and is definitely something I think anyone who likes the magic world would enjoy.

Very small portion sizes for the price paid. The chicken caesar salad had one, maybe 2 small chicken tenders cut on top of some romaine. For $18, thought it should've been grilled with cheese sprinkled on top. Mac n cheese was good but just got a handful of cooked spiral noodles, not a dinner portion. Smash burger was very good. Burger patties were half the size of the bun though but tasted very good. Decent size amount of fries for sure as a side. Cheesesteak enpanadas pricey in only getting 2 small that definitely tasted frozen for $14. The doctored up ketchup didn't do much for it. Wings were good and market standard price. The fries with meat were good and worth getting again. Bottom line, 6 in our party, 2 satisfied (burgers) 4 left either disappointed and/or hungry for $225. Great atmosphere, friendly service.

I took my kids here for a Halloween potion making and we loved it! No complaints whatsoever. Can't say how the food was because we didn't eat, but the drinks were delicious. I will be back for an adults only potion making.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. I mean it's a bar, but it was definitely tame while children were present.

Really fun place to go if you’re into that Harry Potter/witchy vibe.
I came here for my birthday and booked a reservation online and had to modify the amount of people. I have to say that it’s basically impossible to contact the restaurant as the phone number on google mentions their voicemail inbox is full and it automatically hangs up on you. The phone number that was attached to my reservation was an automatic pre-recorded message that said if we had any questions to use the chat option on their website. Both my friends and I tried finding the chat option on their website, but it wasn’t there. So we basically had to just switch the times around to increase the number of people through opentable, which wasn’t a big deal as I was still able to book it in the time frame of their happy hour. Unfortunately, when I asked about their happy hour when we arrived, it was only designated to the bar and certain tables (which I wish I could have asked that while making the reservations or saw that online).
The food was decent, as most people mentioned, a little over-priced for what you get. My boyfriend got the smash burger which it mentions it includes LTO, but he never got the LTO and it was just a cheeseburger. I thought the cheesesteak empanadas were good as well, but you only get 2. Same with the goat cheese balls, I don’t remember specifically how many came out, but it was a lot less than what you would expect for the price. Other than that, my other friends enjoyed their food as someone mentioned the Shepards pie was tasty, the Mac and cheese was super creamy, and the fried mozzarella came out with 6 triangles and had a great cheese pull! Our server was also super friendly and fun (sorry, forgot the name… maybe it was Liam?) and we were all impressed how he was able to memorize all our orders without writing it down (there was 9 of us). The drinks were also really tasty and super sweet (which I prefer) and were fun to look at with the added dry ice!
