The quality of he coffee is terrible. The pastries were very promising, but were overheated and lacked freshness. The staff was not particularly welcoming. It is obvious they don't hace competition and are not interested in providing a great experience to customers. I hope they improve the service!!

Nastiest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Run. I won’t get into the details because as you can see from responses to other negative Google reviews, it will only invite a nasty, accusatory come back from the miserable owner. Came here with a group of six people and we spent well over $100 across mutiple tabs. The food is good, but unfortunately the owner and staff need to learn a thing or two about treating their paying customers with some decency. Word of advice, don’t bad mouth your customers within ear shot OR behind their back after they spend their hard earned money with you. An apology goes a much longer way than snarky responses to all the reviews about your poor customer service.

A nightmare. Echoing the many negative reviews here. Won’t be coming back. My friend had a medical emergency and had to close the door to the bathroom while the toilet was out of order. She asked a staff member who said she could use the sink and was met with that same staff member slamming on the door and the owner making mocking comments of “can she even read??”. Owner is disrespectful to customers - please don’t give them your business moving forward. What happened to customer service? Anyways, wishing her peace. She needs it. C u s t o m e r s e r v i c e . Spell it out. Telling everyone I know not to come here. Hey manager, maybe channel your negativity into a boxing class? Go on a run.

I’ve been visiting this place almost every day for the past two weeks. The food and pastries are great. Sometimes I spend $30-40, and other times less than $10, always paying with tap.

Today, I came in for only a coffee and was told I needed to reach $10 to qualify for tap payment. I didn't want anything else, but the cashier suggested rounding up my $4 coffee to $10, which I found laughable. I declined and asked for a chocolate croissant instead, which still came to less than $10, yet there was no issue charging me less.

This inconsistency is disappointing.

We always have lunch here when we walk in this area (which we do often). Parking nearby.

Vegetarian options: There are a few items, especially if you eat fish.

This was my first time at the cafe and I was not impressed. My biggest complaint is that the two women working the counter were cold and stand-offish. They seemed annoyed that someone would want to order. My other complaint is that when I ordered an iced coffee, I was handed a cup of tepid coffee that had no actual ice in it. I was surprised by the lack of effort over all.

Absolutely one of my favorite places for breakfast. Egg and cheese croissant had the perfect mix of cheesiness and egg, the croissant was also very well textured. Great location in the forest, only issue is that it's pretty difficult to get to for anything other than bike, making it more one of those places you go to if hiking, not if you're just getting breakfast or lunch.
