So, me and my friend (tourists from Sweden) had lunch here the other day. When I paid the check I made a line at the tip-line and paid 11 dollar CASH on the table before leaving. Now they have taken 11 dollar extra on the bill AND took the cash! This is so not OK and I have tried to make contact with them trough the questionnaire but guess what? It can't be submitted because the site thinks I am a robot. Beware of paying with card here, they do what they want with it after you leave!
The atmosphere was lovely. My server was really nice. He accidentally brought me out the wrong food and he corrected it. No problem.
I was a bit disappointed by the food (salmon), but the cheesecake is always phenomenal!
It looked like it was very understaffed for a Saturday night. Our food was burned on the outside and raw in the middle. The only thing that wasn’t completely ruined was the fried food. I am completely disappointed.
Really bad fries, okay burger, good cheesecake!

We had to send the hamburger back because it was raw.
Other then that it is a well run place. Pleasant staff.

The light skin girl with rough patchy blonde streaks had a bad attitude giving out to go orders. Needs to be fired

My favorite chain restaurant, hands down. Upscale-casual atmosphere. Very well laid out (booths, tables, private dining section), you don't feel crammed in, or on top of other people. Huge menu with a wide variety, everyone can find something they like. Service is always top notch, their waitstaff is always polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Food is consistently great. (I've been dozens of times and never had a bad experience) And of course the deserts are heavenly, some of the best cheesecake you'll ever have, all kinds of flavors, and their other confections are just as delicious! It's slightly on the pricey side, but totally worth it in my opinion. It's my go-to birthday spot every year!

I'm not trying to waste any more time on this place, but I figured I would let them know so they could improve. 45 min wait to get a table, no biggie. 50 mins after we were sat down to get a drink hour and a half to get food. The food was good. One bartender and an understaffed wait staff. My family missed their chance to see the christmas village cause we wasted 3 hours of our life in this overated understaffed restaurant. This is not a shot at the staff, by the way. Cheesecake factory, get your act together.
If your down in this area, literally any restaurant would out perform them.
Go buy a cheesecake at giant and save 3 hours of your life

Cheesecake Factory 1430 Walnut Street Philadelphia PA need to pay more attention to the (food) product that is coming out of the kitchen to the take-out customers. My team of 20 plus people had order take-out food last week and the salmon was over cooked and extremely over cooked and dry, the mashed potatoes was from a under cooked and a hard mashed potatoes placed on my take-out tray with under cooked broccoli this was the most horrible, cooked food that I have every order to-go from a Chain Restaurant in my life. I hope that this restaurant can fix this mess before it happens again to another paying customer.
