Such a cute little spot. Heard about it from one od our Neighbors who is vegan and raves about the (n)ice cream here. We've walked past it several times but either we weren't in the mood for dessert or the shop was closed so we could never try it before. They have so many options but we got the Banana A Paris - it has their signature whipped banana, nutella, hazelnuts, strawberries topped with coconut milk whipped cream. It was so good and tasted pretty much like frozen yogurt. The best part is I didn't feel guilty after eating it lol.

Service is super friendly, the bakery there Rae has had AMAZING chocolate chip cookies. The Chilly Banana has the freshest dessert, it made me feel good after enjoying it which is what we all want. Obsessed.

Always wanted to try this place and didn’t realize I was walking right past it yesterday.Amazing! The banana mixture is super smooth, the guy was so nice and friendly, and it’s a mom and pop small business- support them for sure!!!Really cool selection of choices that are not the usual run of the mill.Will be back and you should try this place for sure!

I had the vegan Chicago dog. It was very good. If I hadn't already known, I wouldn't have been able to tell it wasn't a real hot dog. Not sure if it's always like this, or just when I went, but there are only a couple of tables out front. The area had an old tv playing VHRs which was a nice blast from the past. It seems more like a quick bite or take out feel though...I'm not sure if there's a public bathroom (I only noticed because I needed to go!)...but in case you're coming from out of town just for this....2 hour street parking in the neighborhoods around it

A must stop if you are in Philly!!! Kevin's creations are incredibly delicious. Put down the cheese steak and go grab some tasty vegan, gf and dairy free options. Dessert=a meal. Back-to-back visits made us super fans!!! Pls open up a place in J-town!!!

My favorite spot in Philly. Such a lovely and healthy desert. And you can get it vegan. So good! Everyone there is so sweet. Lovey service!

This is a food truck turned into a brick and mortar store on e. Passyunk! I absolutely adored the PBB and j and look forward to trying the different flavors available. Also very interested in their vegan offerings - everything on the menu is vegan and health-centric. You ordered for pickup at a plexiglass booth in a cute small shop. While we waited a little bit as the line was long and there was only one person working, it was worth the wait. There are cute outside tables to eat, but no indoors or table service as of yet.

Didn't get to try the food items but the ice cream was delicious. Being banana-based, it felt healthy yet satisfying. It was so awesome having a marshmallow fluff as a topping

The Chilly Banana is one of the best places in Philly!!!! Perfect treat for any day and flavors to make anyone happy! Even though I’m not vegan (and am a huge ice cream lover) I would pick their banana whip sundaes over most any other kind of ice cream any day ?Their partnership with other Philly-based vegan treat places makes it somehow even more perfect - pick up some South Philly J*** jerky, Lil Yentas babka, and High Fidelity cookies to round out your trip. All of them make truly delicious snacks ?I can’t say enough: the banana whip here is UNREAL—we were so excited to get our sundaes today that I only have a photo of the empty cups (and delicious Lil Yentas snacks for later) ☀️

The chilly banana rules! I wish I could go every day! The service is prompt, friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is inviting and delightful. I have a special habit of enjoying a chilly banana before dinner as a refreshing mid day treat that won't ruin your appetite. This place is very special, you won't be sorry you went! If you're a first timer to the banana whip, prepare to be pleased. I hope Jacques Pepin gets a chance to go here.
