I coordinated a wedding here on 09/14. From the rehearsal to the end of the reception, Marvin and his team were great. Marvin was superb, very accommodating, available and hospitable. He addressed every question and/or concern with care.
The food was tasty as well.
If you're thinking about hosting an event here, ask for Marvin and get the donut wall (the donuts were delicious!).

Decor was pretty but food was horrible at the wedding reception.

We had our wedding on August 10th here when I say shout out to the Felt Factory they made our day and process so memorable we had so many compliments. The thought of organizing a wedding can be extremely overwhelming so when we came across The Felt Factory we were pleasantly surprised with their all-inclusive package. They quickly contacted us after our initial inquiry and overall, the entire process was a breeze. The venue was able to accommodate all of our wedding needs as they also offer a smaller room that can host a more intimate party. The wedding cake itself was also included in the package, which was wonderful! They offered a list of optional third-party services that made the process even more helpful, as it took the burden of searching for other reputable vendors. Our wedding experience was fantastic! The hors d’oeuvres and the dinner was delicious! The staff was extremely accommodating to both the bride and the groom on our special day. A huge thank you to Darvin and Megan the event coordinators as they were attentive and made sure the personal touches were executed perfectly and the entire evening went off without a hitch!

My brother's wedding went off without a hitch. The staff was great and they delivered everything they promised. Their venue is nice and intimate. We enjoyed the food, bar and attentive staff. There's plenty of on-site parking.

We celebrated our pastor's 5th pastoral anniversary on 11.10.2024.
The venue, the food. and the staff was amazing. We will be back. The best hidden gem in Philly.

Absolutely Beautiful venue ! affordable and modern but elegant Jenn is SO sweet and helpful we said yes to the venue cant wait to see how the wedding is (5/17/2023)

Our wedding was 9.14.24 and i am completely and utterly amazed the atmosphere was exactly what i envisioned yet still better.. the food was sensational .. the bartenders were so pleasant.. the drinks were superb. Garvin & Megan were so insanely helpful and managed to make sure I didn't have to worry( or have a breakdown). Maureen is absolutely wonderful Rachel was so accommodating our server Baylee was absolutely perfect fun fact I've known her since she was a baby and hadn't seen her in years and when she came over to me at the wedding to say hi ( and she was our server) to say I was surprised was and understatement... i had the best time and my magical night will be a one of my favorite nights

Food was delicious staff was wonderful.i would recommend the felt factory to all my friends and family the venue was awsome and beautiful decorated. Everyone was easy to work with the whole process

Really Nice Venue

I had my wedding here at The Felt Factory this past Saturday (09.21.24), and everything was AMAZING! From the time my husband and I booked the venue, up until our actual wedding, the staff was great.
Rachel was our salesperson, and she was extremely helpful. Rachel had very great communication and made the planning process easier.
Now our actual wedding day .... was hectic as expected. Garvin and Meagan were my coordinators, and they were the best. Garvin and Meagan were very attentive to not only my husband and I but to our guests as well.
Meagan actually got on her knees and steamed my wedding dress for me. Garvin made sure everything went exactly how I wanted things to go. The staff during my event was great as well. One lady named Maria also helped so much.
My day wouldn't have been so great without the help of The Felt Factory. Five stars really aren't enough!

I didn't notice a ramp because my sister had a hard time coming up the steps in front. Otherwise it was very nice and the food was delicious
