I originally gave this place 5 stars but they have really really went down hill. The best thing here is the banana pudding and they don't even make it. Smh. Bring back the old chef
Ok, I will say it. This is slap yo mama good! I mean come on people - Eating here can give one a spiritual experience! For real! Staff were completely welcoming, food - as always delicious! Great portions too. As for the suspect reviews ... aw come on, yall must be bumping your heads on the door walking in! Side note: staff meet the energy you give. Shhh, hush now, yall come on over, pull up a chair and enjoy!
The portions were pretty good for the price! The oxtails were good and the fried chicken looked amazing! The rice and peas were horrible… The dinning room was very cute! No menus the counter person told us to google the restaurant for a menu. The juices and banana pudding are good but they are not made in house.
