The food was surprisingly really good, way better than I expected from a food truck! The prices were also very reasonable. Definitely worth checking out
Never judge a book by its cover. A great place that never fails to bring a smile on my face.
Their tuna is solid and I enjoyed their foot long philly cheesesteak.
I was a hungry college student and I'm so glad I came here.
Its a great deal.
There aren't any recent reviews, so if you need help deciding and don't want to spend a lot, go to The Foot Long Truck! They have a wide variety AND breakfast!
I just had the 6inch chicken cutlet with peppers and provolone w/ fries and soda. I can't believe I haven't tried them before now! The chicken was breaded nicely, you can see the cheese and it was very filling! I only ate half because there were three pieces of chicken on a toasted roll. The wait was no longer than any other truck that cooks to order. The ONLY thing that this sandwich was missing was a sauce. Add marinara or spaghetti sauce and maybe cooked onions and this sandwich would be 10/10. Without the sauce...I'd give it a 9/10! The service was very nice as well!
Amazing value great service and everything you could want from a sandwich truck ( except scrapple but that's understandable )
They have very good sandwiches, and reasonable prices for a sandwich place on campus with their combo deals. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time, and they do take time to cook things fresh, but their food is very tasty and fries aren't too greasy.
Great guys and consistently good food. Highly recommend, especially if you’re on a student budget haha!
Good food, very long wait time. I've waited upwards of a half hour for a sandwich while people came up, ordered food, and left before I got my food. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to sit around and wait this long, so I will not be returning here until they can get stuff done in a timely manner.
Honestly one of the best food trucks in the area. You won’t be disappointed by any of the items they sell. Also the prices are by far the most reasonable of any food spot in Philly. These guys are doing Amazing work.

This is my go-to spot when I’m on campus. Sometimes I even go when school is over because it’s so good! Definitely recommend.

When I first started teaching at Temple this truck was called $5 Foot Long. Now, you pay $5.15 for a 6 inch sandwich, and you can see the artifacts of many price hikes painted on the side of the truck. Honestly, it's still a pretty good deal. Just understand the value proposition here: cheap, dependable lunch. If that's what you're after, Foot Long delivers. It's not the best hoagie you can get, but it's not bad. They do enough volume/business that everything is always fresh. Real hoagie rolls, soft and chewy--porous enough to soak up the mayo. Shredded lettuce, thin tomato slices, sweet white onion rings. They're clearly champions when it comes to operating the electric deli slicer. However, with such low prices, they need to be rigorous about portion control; don't expect overstuffed sandwiches like you'd get (for at least twice the price) at a top South Philly hoagie shop. This is more like what you'd get from an average pizza joint, which is good, it means it doesn't taste artificial and loaded with sodium & MSG, like Wawa or Subway or Jimmy John's or Potbelly. Of course, you also can't order prosciutto, mortadello, homemade turkey, slow roasted rare beef, baby swiss, real Italian sharp provolone or any of the fancy ingredients that have become the norm in Philly (it is one of the world's greatest sandwich towns). So, here's the bottom line: you won't be amazed, but you'll get a decent sandwich at a great price. While many food trucks have come and gone over the years, Foot Long remains. It's consistent.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical because the prices were so low.
I ended up ordering their Cheesesteak, which was a bit bare on the meat, but considering the price, I couldn't complain.
And the kicker, this cheesesteak, from a food truck was actually pretty decent.
Based on this experience, I would be willing to go back and try their other food.
