Food was fine, but the pricing at the counter was very different from the menu on their website. What was listed at around $15 online came out to over $21 when I got there in person. I paid cash, so I don't know why I was uncharged. I should have eaten anywhere else in the stripmall.

I just called for a delivery order. They had me on hold and transferred me to 4 different people. This location is 2 miles away and they asked if I wanted delivery. I agreed and they said they don’t deliver that far lol again 2 miles away about 10 minutes… they can’t be serious? Service was ridiculous I couldn’t even order had to hang up the phone I was confused.

Ordered through Grubhub around 8pm at night. As if 10pm I never receive the order even though I was charged. Called the store around 9:45pm and got no answer even though the close at 10pm on a Friday.

Walk-in and got quick service. Food is very good. Cheese fries were great. Fries were fresh. They’re the reason for the review. Perfect cheese to fries ratio.
I love getting mt cheesesteak hoagies from here (a pregnancy craving I recently have) & my buffalo chicken cheesesteaks. They're food is good and quick. The atmosphere needs some updating but the service is great.

Won't be going here ever again. Gave me hot boneless wings when I never said boneless. Then they give me buffalo wings when I came back, i really wanted the hot wings because the sauce is different from buffalo. They don't know their left from their right here.

When I went in to order my food I overheard a white man who they referred to as “Jimmy” use the n-word and everyone including who I assumed to be the owner was laughing. It was a horrible environment that made me feel uncomfortable. Also after getting my food there was a long black hair in my hoagie. PLEASE DO NOT EAT
