I’ve been a loyal freshworks customer at multiple locations for almost 20 years. But recently was my last visit and I will never be going back again. First, the Woodhaven location is absolutely disgusting. The amount of dirt and grime all over the floor, how absolutely disgustingly dirty the bathroom was, and how there was NO SOAP! in the bathroom when I went to go use it is unacceptable. I have no idea how this place is still open. Please make sure to visit the Bucks County health department website and read prior health inspection reports.

I walked into the restaurant to order some food, and the man working at the grill was singing along to some inappropriate rap music, he then proceeded to say offensive slurs, like the n word, and didnt stop even after hearing me yell hello. The person working the register was extremely rude and dismissive, i left without getting my food.

Everyone has always been pleasant and friendly—-the negative complaints are shocking————Never Ever had my Food been nothing but delicious and the rolls are the BEST I go nowhere else for my sandwiches and bread. Love Love Love it there!!!!!!!!

Food was fine, but the pricing at the counter was very different from the menu on their website. What was listed at around $15 online came out to over $21 when I got there in person. I paid cash, so I don't know why I was uncharged. I should have eaten anywhere else in the stripmall.
I ordered chicken fingers and they were cooked too long , they were hard and dry. The food is usually good there.

I just called for a delivery order. They had me on hold and transferred me to 4 different people. This location is 2 miles away and they asked if I wanted delivery. I agreed and they said they don’t deliver that far lol again 2 miles away about 10 minutes… they can’t be serious? Service was ridiculous I couldn’t even order had to hang up the phone I was confused.

Ordered through Grubhub around 8pm at night. As if 10pm I never receive the order even though I was charged. Called the store around 9:45pm and got no answer even though the close at 10pm on a Friday.
