I just ordered 10 wings for $14. Pricey but did it anyway. I asked for flats because I DO NOT eat drumettes. So instead of common courtesy and say they can't complete the order they decided to send half drumettes and half flats. Not even a call back. So I just got played and paid $14. for 5 edible wings. I was in this place for the first time that I didn't like that girl at the cash desk, I think she completely forgot about the smile and is dissatisfied, she needs to be taught how to meet and how to properly see off customers.

Best delivery fries by far. Hot and not soaked from stewing in a bag. Honey mustard chicken wrap w/lettuce, cooper sharp, and bacon was the best I ever had. 💁🏼♀️

Save your money go to primos or Stella’s. Meat is old slimy and thick as hell. You call to complain and it’s obvious from the conversation that they do it all the time they can care less. Actually said what you want us to do. First I want you to sell fresh food. Second if you know you sold me garbage offer a refund. Save yourself the hassle

I go to this place often. Not once has the customer service been good. I don’t expect much from a fast place anyway. TODAY I went in around noon before work lol the blonde working seemed so rude and miserable that my bf and I were talking and decided maybe this ain’t the place to go anymore. I don’t expect you to do much or even say much if you hate your job that much get a new one!

Called and ordered food. Was told it an hour and after an hour and a half our food hadnt arrived. My boyfriend tried calling them and didn't get an answer any of the 3 times he called. Then I tried calling, they must have answered and not realized because I could hear them discussing my address and essentially talking badly about me because I didn't answer my phone - firstly, I never received a phone call or text. I continued trying to call back to speak with them and then they just hung up every single time. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I'll be calling to speak with someone tomorrow as well. It's a shame because their food is actually good. But don't count on it getting to you.

I. Was so excited to see a Fresh works close to me with their fresh rolls yesterday.I want in and ordered a cheese steak with extra cheese.By the time I got it home , the roll was soggy ugh I wouldn't recommend this place ?
