Receptions are rude and racist!

Awful experience. As if the junkies that hang out outside harassing you for money wasn’t enough that staff is just as professional. I checked out forgetting my wedding ring on the night stand. Not an expensive piece of jewelry but still my wedding ring. I called and was told to file a claim online. I then asked if the room could be checked and if I could get a call back. I never did. I repeated this process about 10 times before I was transferred to housekeeping. Both times I got connected with housekeeping the greeting on the phone was “call you back” then got hung up on. Eventually find out on Sunday that the ring was found Friday. When asked how I could get it back I was told I’d get a call back and I didn’t. So I am now in my car after having to take a day off of to drive 5 hours round trip to pick it up. Wish me luck

This was an aweful experience the drinks were horrible. The place looked abandonned and the service was subpar. Will not be returning

Walked in and the place was empty. Took 15 min to be seated. Once we sat down. Took 15 min for water. After we ordered food it took over 45 min, we cancelled and left.

The food was under cooked and tasted of mold, we sent it back. I received a bill for the two drinks we had ordered. We paid the bill and left. I was later informed that the hotel charged my room for the food that we sent back. I never authorized those charges. Lastly the food even though we only had a bite or two before sending it back, made myself and my guest incredibly sick for the rest of the weekend. I will be contacting the health department as we both were unwell. I will also be contacting Hilton management as this was the worst experience ive had to deal with.

The general manager of this hotel allowed it to stay overbooked until a week before the event everyone was coming in for. Then canceled 70 peoples reservations. Including mine. I had this reservation booked for months. When they called to let me know they did not recommend another Hilton, or do what other hiltons have done in the past which is either provide Hilton honor points for the inconvenience or move our reservation to another hotel. They gave me the address of a flea bag hotel 8 miles away and said “we don’t even know if it has rooms available”. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton’s for work over the years and I know that things happen, but in those instances the hotel made it right. This one did nothing

Food was okay. One person had a hamburger almost cooked to their liking, one had the duck and loved it, and my dish was just okay. Service was attentive.

Hostess and bartender were yelling OVER me as I was eating at the bar. Bartender was very nice however was not very attentive as he was moderately busy. Did not offer to refill my soda or bother to ask why I didn't eat my meal. When I told him my Caesar salad was made of mostly spinach and the menu didn't state that, he did not apologize or offer a substitute as most restaurants would do. I also overheard the hostess ask a few guests if they were planning on eating because if not they could not have a table (they had laptops in hand), which I thought was extremely rude. Beautiful view so it's too bad!

Seriously one of the worse meals I’ve had, what else do you expect from a hotel cook….The table service was terrible, the lady server could barely speak.When you’re staying at a hotel, downtown at a premium, one would expect a higher level of quality.Do not order the duct breast, they do not know how to prepare the food.
