The Goat's Beard - Manayunk

When I travel to Philly this is always one of my stops. The food is unbelievably good and they have a great selection of local brews on tap. Highly recommended if you end up in the Manayunk area.

A great place in a wonderful neighborhood with delicious food. The menu was just the right size and had plenty of variety without feeling overwhelming. Excellent service. Will be returning in the future for sure.

The food was good and the service was excellent. I’m sorry I can’t recall my server’s name but she told us she was from the south. She was great.

Detroit style pizza was yummy

For close to $30 on DD this is what you get? Asked for medium rare steak, got a sad well done piece of meat that’s not even the oz listed? The chicken nuggets were all breading. Did I just get scammed?? Won’t be ordering from here ever again

Food was good. The apple hushpuppies my friend had weren't as good. It was more cornmeal than anything. Could have used more apple. The chicken Tikka masala fries were ok, nothing stood out about it. The smokeshow Detroit pizza was delicious. The Cobb salad was good. The Buffalo trace baklava wasn't bad, not too sweet. The snores brownie was good too with the Whipped marshmallow and actual vanilla bean ice cream.

My gf and I go to this restaurant in Wayne a lot and decided to try their Manayunk location. What a mistake. The food is average and not close to the sister restaurant in Wayne. Worse, the service is terrible. Our dinner had not arrived after 20 minutes. Our server tried to placate us by asking us if we wanted more drinks while we waited....but she never explained why we were waiting in the first place. The table next to us had the same problem. After I insisted on knowing how much longer we would wait, she came back and said another 10. This after 25 minutes. We paid our drink bill and left. No excuse for that kind of service at that price point and not even some apology for the wait time.
