Try the vegan club sandwich. Actually the best sandwich I’ve had in my life. I come here every week after work as a little treat. Great portions too!!
rose simply makes the best iced oatmilk lattes in the city and it’s not even close
Great food for omnivores and vegans alike. Awesome local spot for breakfast/brunch. Best place for a morning-after date ...but also good in the evening for a casual first date. I've lived in the neighborhood for many years and in the past Gold Standard has had it's issues ...but the new owners have gotten it right.
Update: I just had breakfast there this morning and the food is as good as ever! Since first writing this review, I've gotten to know the owners and they are just really good people. My server today, David, was really awesome.
I gave 4 stars on the atmosphere, not because the atmosphere is bad In any way, but because it can get loud during weekend brunches because all of the surfaces are reflective. So please, if you eat here, try to keep your voice down. ?
If you go early on the weekends, it's way more chill. ?

Iced mocha latte was one of the best I’ve had in Philly. Food was also lovely. The banana pancakes were fluffy and moist. The bananas being cooked in was a great touch. Unfortunately, I did not recall our servers name but they were amazing! Will be back!

If I could give a negative star I would. I came in today and ordered the amazing avocado. I ordered it with over easy eggs and I received fried eggs. The food was completely cold.

Surcharge on plantmilks for coffee and veg versions of meat sides are priced higher and smaller portions. The food is fine, but every time I go here something disappoints.
Such an amazing experience! Our server David was suuuuch good vibes! My baby loved him! The service was 10/10. The food was so tasty and very very inexpensive. Highly recommend this cute cafe in this cute neighborhood

Not too crowded for a Saturday morning. The kitchen was backed up probably with take out so we did have wait a while. Boyfriend got an omelet which he really enjoyed. I got the breakfast sandwich which was good but maybe not what I was really craving. We shared chocolate chip pancakes which were really good especially if you like pancakes on the fluffy side. Coffee was good.

We were looking for a place with a nice friendly atmosphere for a small family breakfast and this is it! Very friendly staff and nice, big meals. They have a lot of vegan options too

Really nice little neighborhood gem! Tasty, varied options including many vegetarian/vegan offerings. Service was a bit stretched and rushed and some of the flavor could pack more punch for the price, but definitely yum overall and we’ll head back!!
Vegetarian options: Veggie sausage add-on option was a treat!

This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in all of Philly. The people working there all SO friendly, the food has a really nice diner flair to it, and the prices are incredibly affordable. It's just perfect.

Good food here—just know they won’t let you eat on their patio if order 2 minutes after 2:30pm, and now I’m hangry b/c they’re such sticklers ❤️?❤️

I would love to write a great review because I ate once there and it was great. Since then everytime I go they are closing over an hour early. I don't know how you keep customers that way but maybe change your hours so you don't piss people off.
