It was my first time at this restaurant and I opted for a regular combo spicy bbq chicken and regular chicken. The staff was friendly and always smiling, customer service was 10/10, Food delicious đ€€ I will be back soon.

Doesn't compare at all to a food truck Halal joint. Food had no flavor, chicken was a weird gray color and super salty. Couldn't even finish my food it was that bad. I would avoid franchise Halal completely.

Days ago I came to buy 3 plates of food because I love the food here but one of the women who works in this place has served me very badly she is rude and it is not the only time she has served me and I came several times but I prefer to wait for the woman in the yellow shirt to serve me there are two women, on some occasions there is a man who attended me very well. I do not know their names I differentiate them by the color of their shirts, the one who serves badly is short with glasses and a red blouse that woman should not work serving people if she does not have patience she is a rude despot I am Muslim and there should not be people like her attending this place and as long as she is there neither I nor my family will return, it is a shame because the food was delicious I waited for the fresh chicken but not for the attention of this woman I support this establishment but for women like this I will not enter again, I do

One of the short hispanic ladies with the mole and eye glasses, is extremely RACIST. Me and my mom have been going to this location for years and never had any major problems until I decided to go a couple nights ago by myself with a reward to redeem. (Mind you, we were kinda iffy about going to this location after she started working here because of her attitude at times but silly me decided to still go). It was a sandwich. I had gotten the hummus as one of the toppings but the reward excluded that which made the order have a remaining balance of $1.07, which I didnât have at the time. So I had the lady remake it, and at the end of her making it, she was like âoh you have another sandwich reward?â And I was like âNoâŠ.? Did you take the reward already?â She said âyeahâ. So I was like ok well you can give me the sandwich you just made instead of the one with the hummus. She then proceeds to say âwell the other sandwich is still in the system and I canât take it offâ Iâm like ????? âWhy not?â She goes âbecause itâs $1.07 still leftâ Iâm like âOk, I donât have $1.07, thatâs why I had you make another sandwich without the hummus addedâ. She THEN proceeds to tell me âI canât take it out because then theyâll take it out of my checkâ Iâm like girl whatđ so I said âSo I canât get my sandwich????â And she just shook her head no with this sly smile.
So im just looking at her right because youâre gonna give me my sandwich because when you redeem a reward, that means youâve been spending enough money to get rewards in the first place, so technically thatâs still my money. Second of all, that doesnât make sense that everytime someone wants to discard an order, itâs gonna come out of YOUR paycheck??? So after our staring war of me looking at her and back at the sandwich and her staring at me with her head tilt and the smile remainingââthe smile drops and she irritatingly switches the sandwich that has the hummus, with the new sandwich she made while saying something under her breath in Spanish with the nastiest attitude and gave me the sandwich. I said thank you and she ignored me. I wonât be returning to this location after my encounter with her that night. Everyone else is really nice in there, but SHE has this hidden animosity towards me for some reason which is cool because Iâm never coming back to this grant one. Iâm a Muslim supporting a Muslim establishment, but I refuse to tolerate disrespect.

I used to go here and there were always guys serving the food. Never had an issue with my food. Recently Iâve heard that there has been some changes and there are two women servicing last night. Purchased food for three people and all three people had diarrhea. Makes me scared to go back there.
