Had a lovely breakfast. Had the breakfast panini (build your own) and a brown sugar spiced latte. The sandwich was standard breakfast Cafe fare, but the latte was exquisite. It had a thick, firm foam and a perfect blend of flavors. If you go, ask for Shanya.
I had a wonderful experience here! The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly, and they were very knowledgeable. I had a delicious matcha latte, and the staff told us about the training they'd received on how to properly make matcha. Overall, I would highly recommend!
Dare I say that The Monkey & Elephant have the best outdoor patio of all coffee shops in Philadelphia. The patio is perfectly shaded by a beautiful canopy of trees and filled with plenty of seating. Great for studying or reading a book with a good iced oat latte.
