It was ok. The food was good enough. Nothing super spectacular. It wasn’t very intimate. Just nice enough, the hotel makes the restaurant “better.” The website also stated they had valet parking but they DO NOT!! They said they had been meaning to update the website, but we had to go to another nearby garage and walk. It was really only a block but in my heels it felt like 3. The server was nice but was short, not too friendly.

I frequent this special restaurant many times since I love the good mood that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is extremely attentive and well trained. The service is absolutely fast. Not to mention, the food you get is good. I frequent often and I was never disappointed. The rate is decent. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

This is one of Philly's nicest spots. There is always a solid array of different food options on the menu, if you are trying to please a group of people. The staff is always friendly with good, but not overbearing, servers. Definitely recommend you give them a try!

I’ve heard so much about this Restaurant. Had dinner for two. Anticipated pricing, no issues with that. (Hector or Juan?); our Server and Julie; Manager on duty, not friendly people, they seemed self indulgent, uninterested, and unenthusiastic about providing a pleasant experience.

We get to the Palm annually and it's always an enjoyable experience. The food is very good and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and options. So we we were staying at the Bellevue it was also convenient as we didn't have time to go out and about before a show we were to attend that evening. Our waiter was aware of this and made sure to expedite our order.

The entrees at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! Everything was so well seasoned that I did not even have to touch at the salt & pepper, it was that good! Our server was so nice and very considerate of our time and was very attentive and proficient! My favorite part however, was the kind older gentleman named Gus that helped assist our server Kyle.

I stopped in this restaurant late afternoon with my newborn baby to grab a quick drink and settle my child before getting in the car to leave the city. This staff was so kind and really went above and beyond to welcome me and be sure I had everything I needed. The hostess was very welcoming and went out of her way to explain to me where the bathroom and changing tables were located if I needed them. The bartender was very attentive and kind. Also, the chef walked by while I was feeding my newborn and made friendly conversation. He later circled back and checked in to be sure I had everything I needed including some food. For a new mom out with her newborn for the first time this staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. I will be back!
