This is my go-to place for ice cream I love richman's Icecream the banana cup is my favorite. Everyone is so pleasant on the phone and in person. highly recommend ordering take out here!!☺️

Ice cream is good but the service sucks. Shouldn’t hire annoyed teenage girls who whisper when they speak, or weird middle-aged guys who stare at you when the customer has the audacity to press the buzzer to be let into the store. If you don’t want to serve anyone, then why be in business? This has been the case over the last 2 years… Menu on the wall has no prices (who is going to open a pamphlet menu when ordering ice cream??) and seemingly every flavor I’ve gotten has some sort of unknown surcharge. Every time I’ve been, it takes way too long to get a single scoop of ice cream, it’s like they’re making it fresh in the back every time

Did not have soft serve which I wanted so I didn't purchase anything....however a friend ordered the coconut cup for $13.50 with fruits which I tasted n was good.
Parking: Very small pking area but for all businesses in same area.

Delicious! Milkshakes are large and the donut ice cream sandwich, that comes out warm, is the perfect dessert. Can't wait to come back.

Horrible service! Went in there with my children and not one greeting! While I was looking at the flavors on the wall the girl got a phone order that took 10 minutes and never once said I’ll be right with you. After she hung up she said can I help you and the phone rang and had the nerve to look at me and say sorry I have to get this. I turned around and left with my kids and will never be back!
