Always order, almost never have complaints...almost Today, whoever ran the counter, the woman gave me the wrong price after I asked several times. When the food arrived, with the wrong price and even incorrect order, I of course was in the blame, says the knowledgeable owner. No compensation after waiting for the wrong order and being told the wrong price repeatedly, had to pay up. It's 7:30 and too late for my kid to wait around on another pizza to be made. Didn't matter to Mr. Vinny, who just yelled over the phone and told me he makes no mistakes and that I'm wrong instead of taking responsibility for what his employee did. Super negative experience after being a costumer for Y E A R S. Definitely going to reconsider taking my business elsewhere after this encounter.

I go here all the time. Tonight was the first time I ever got my order incorrect in the few years i been going here. I called, didn't give me any issue, came back and got what I wanted. People often only write negative reviews. Its only fair to acknowledge the positive as well. And the food is always excellent.

Food was terrible. Will never order from them again. they gave us cheesesteak with hard stale role, all food was cold, honey mustard with poppers and no salt on their soggy fries or anything. Also waited 50 min for terrible food. Their solution was to remake the food and wait another 45 min, or take back food, we were staving. So had to settle. No offer to credit a future order, even partially. Bad food, bad service. Many other pizza stores in the neighborhood that out do them on all levels.

I literally order from here multiple times a week and never have any issues, I don't know if they were too busy tonight but I ordered my 2 year old son chicken nuggets and I got a cheese steak. The nuggets came so overcooked my kid literally choked on one.

A charming little mom-and-pop, authentic Philly pizza place.Their food is great, and they sell individual slices - which is a big plus for me, being a transplant from New York.Their prices are extremely reasonable & their staff is friendly. Definitely grab a slice here if you're in the neighborhood.

I order for take here after work alot for me and my kids. My son loves their big slices of pizza. I always get a steak sandwich well done with fried onions. The owner is very nice and friendly. But the counter girls are my favorite. When I call they always know exactly how my sandwich is made I don't even have to tell them. They are super nice and friendly. They have the best counter girls ??
