Also the crab cake very good but not great like the original.Fantastic wait staff; knowledgeable and attentive, very professional,,,, very rare these days. Everyone was great. Shout out to Kailyn!great bartender and drinks too!Cons: The atmosphere more like a raucous sports bar rather than the elegant fine dining setting of the original. Spending $300 plus I did not enjoy the ambience.... ppl very casual etc.So, we prob would not go back.Fortunately the Rittenhouse Grille took over the old Prime rib location snd has same menu.

Got the potato skins and they were really good, different then any ones I've had prior.I also got the porterhouse steak, cook absolutely perfect to rare temp as requested, seasoned perfect. Overall great experience, would go again in Philly if I was staying at Live Casino.

We had reservations for our anniversary dinner however my husband apparently made reservations for the Maryland location so they could not seat us inside the restaurant. We sat at the bar area. It took an hour for 1 steak, salad, asparagus , and fries. Fries were cold, asparagus had no hollandaise sauce as advertised and when we asked the waiter said that would be an up charge. Salad was inedible tasted like lettuce with vinegar on top. Manhattan tasted like ivory bar soap. Will never come back.

The food and drinks were very good, but the servers (Alissa and Paulina) are what made the experience A+. Those two are exactly what all fine dining servers should strive to be... attentive, aware, knowledgeable and outgoing.

I love coming to Prime and come often. Tonight the bartender overcharged me way more for the same thing that I normally purchase, I had receipts to prove it. Sarah the manager refused to explain and review the previous receipts and was very argumentive stating she will talk to the other staff. As a repeat customer who has hosted a few birthday dinners, this was very disheartening. I’m not sure that return even though me and my family are frequently in the casino. Sarah needs to be trained on customer service ASAP otherwise will lose several customers. I’m done.

The food was honestly a 3/10. My friends and I went there and ordered 2 ceaser salads, 4 fries and one burger and we waited almost two hours for the food. We may of all looked young, but we are paying costomers. There is no reason why a table that got steak, clams, etc. before our's if we were seated at least an hour before them. The waitress seemed a little rude or annoyed as we tried to tell him that it was unacceptable to be wairing on basic foods for so long. I would say though that the atmosphere was pretty and seemed clean. I know I do not want to go back ever again.
We were enjoying a wonderful evening with the next table and was asked to leave because we were too loud! Really!!!! Too loud l!!!!! How is that allowed?! How is someone’s happiness interfering with others dinner? !!!!!!!! My happiness is someone else’s joy!!!! Wow just wow!! Shame on LIVE!!

The food at Prime Rib was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to come back. A special shout out to our server, Kailynn and manager, Larry, who made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Food was great. The service was slow. It wasn't busy enough for it to take 15-20 min to have the drinks come from the bar. Ambiance is fine. It really dark in there. Made it a little difficult to read the menu.
After the experience we got last time, we thought to give this a try again and hope for a better service. Beautiful atmosphere and the setting was just lovely!. Everything went well from the time we walked in, didn't have to wait, we got sorted right away. We placed our order but didn't get our food till we had to ask the waiter what was the delay, because 2 tables that were occupied right after us got their food first but yet we ordered our food 20 minutes ago and our server only said it's because it's Saturday night and it's quite busy. But how does that explain other people who came after us getting their food first?. The food was amazing but it's just the service that just keeps disappointing me, I just wanted to enjoy my birthday outing peacefully. Only thing I would have appreciated was if the server could've at least updated us, but was just busy chatting with her colleagues and it was even hard to get her attention.
