They close at 10 and I walked in 8:40 and they still didn’t seat me saying their dining is closed. Unacceptable.

They are so rude and disrespectful and racist. I came here on my birthday at 9pm and they don’t close until 10:30 close pm. The front lady didn’t let us sit down and the waitress said I don’t feel like serving. I drove 30mins. This the 2nd time this place did this. I waited outside and sure enough they let a white couple sit. They are not LGBT FRIENDLY OR BLACK PEOPLE FRIENDLY. Don’t come here. The crabs don’t even crack they are soft and mushy. Please don’t come here.

This place isn’t just a restaurant it’s an experience! The moment they dumped that huge pile of seafood on our table, we knew we were in for a treat. Every bite was fresh juicy scallops, shrimp that practically melted in my mouth. The garlic butter sauce was to die for, and washing it all down with cold beer made it the perfect night out.

Horrible customer experience , seafood was overcooked and not to mention salty . Hospitality… there was none! very rude and eager to argue after being spoken to politely would not spend my money with this particular location again.

It's so dirty in there and the servers are rude. I like the one on 2nd St a lot better. It's way more clean and the services is amazing.

The Woman behind the counter is horrible. She lacks customer service & communication skills. She spoke with a nasty tone & seemed to be irritated as soon as she answered the phone. As a paying customer that will be my last time.

Not a fan of this place at all. Shrimp is always overcooked yet the potato’s are always undercooked. The service sucks also. The host/cashiers behind the glass always have an attitude. However the wings are decent.

Very disappointed. I called to place an order and they told me they were closed, even though the restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 PM. Bad service and very unprofessional

Don’t eat here!!!!!’ I just had one of the worst experiences while trying to pick up my to-go order. I simply asked the woman behind the counter why I never received a text notification that my food was ready. Instead of answering, she became visibly annoyed, dismissive, and extremely rude. She wanted to go back and forth with me, but I refused to engage with that kind of negative energy. I walked out without my food.

I will not support an establishment where an employee treats customers with such disrespect—especially when I did nothing wrong. I couldn’t shake the feeling that, as a Black woman, I was looked down on, as though I had no right to question her. I truly believe if I were white, the interaction would have been very different.

It’s sad because this business is quick to profit from the support of Black customers, yet shows no respect in return. As much as I was craving that seafood boil for my birthday, I refuse to spend my hard-earned money at a place that disrespects me—and disrespects Black people. I will not be back.

Wish I could give no stars! Rude af .. nasty dirty establishment. They have roaches and don’t care. How are they still open? The staff is so rude. I really wish my ppl would stop supporting them!

My sister just order food there today door dash and it had a roach and when she went there they thought it was funny they didn’t even care
