Wish I could give no stars! Rude af .. nasty dirty establishment. They have roaches and don’t care. How are they still open? The staff is so rude. I really wish my ppl would stop supporting them!

I have been coming to this place for over 5 years and while the food has always been great, the customer service has not. I usually eat in but placed a to-go order and the woman who took the order on the phone was extremely rude and argumentative. I place 1 order and when she repeated it, it was wrong, when I corrected her she started arguing with me and being disrespectful. After this I don't think I will return to eat there. I've brought so many people to eat here and the service has never been this horrible.

Seafood can be either a hit (perfectly seasoned/fresh) or miss (over seasoned/ overcooked, un-devained shrimp) depending on the day of the week, One thing you're guaranteed to encounter, though, is the rude, ignorant older looking short Asian woman taking orders. She always has an attitude and acts as if she's doing the customer a favor when they're patronizing the business. She definitely needs some customer service training. She does not know how to talk to the customer, always arguing with someone. Her whole presence is just negative all the time.

Asian male at the front extremely rude, should not have a job bc of the way he treats customers, he would not let me be seated and did only take out, so disguisting never coming here again

The food was fine but that 1 service guy is not attentive.i got mad over it cause he doesn’t try to listen to what we want (I asked for more gloves and he brought me bills +bag and I tried to tell him what we want and he just say okok and go back inside and left the bills on the table .) and we have to ask another person,when ever we need him ,he alway walk in side -also I know that my dad dont know English so I Appreciate that he show that he tried but not really much .i really like food over there but I hope that doesn't happen to me anymore.

Very rude staff I tried to order he kept walking away w an attitude

I tried to place a pickup order, and the lady called with a horrible attitude and trying to be smart. 1/10 service, would never recommend.

The food is great. But as long as you can deal with the aggressive and passive aggressive rudeness of the lady in the front. Then you're okay. She mad, disrespectful , angry and rude and it almost comes across as racist. I'd love to see if she treats white and Asian people the same.

If I could give zero stars that’s would I would give. One I was given the wrong meal and instead of getting a refund or a new order I was told that they couldn’t refund me my money. They were really rude!!! I will never spend my money on another seafood boil from here!!!!
