The Shake Seafood

Food was really good, portion smaller than other shake seafood locations. But service was good as well as the atmosphere. I chose a fruit type of beverage and it was really good, non alcoholic.

Tried the crawfish boil here and it was good, not great. Somewhat flavorful with a decent amount of spice. Not the best I’ve ever had, but still worth checking out. Portion size was fair and service was solid. Room was beyond hot though and no A/C is ridiculous. Giving 3 stars and it still feels like a generous review.

John is an excellent waiter. The atmosphere is very nice. Music not the best. I would give it a five star, however it made me question how clean it is in the kitchen when cooking food that we can’t see, because the bathroom stall doors are extremely filthy and looks like it has not been clean. Germs is major in our society today. I also wanted to look out the window and the windows and post in between the windows are very dirty. When eating I don’t need to see filth!

My food had a rusty nail in my order. It pierced my mouth while I was eating, luckily I didn’t swallow it. I tried to contact the store about the issue and just received nasty service from the so called manager and was hung up on. I will never order from here again. Good luck to anyone who does!

The lady in the front , seating people needs to count her days . She was upset because I told her the crabs were mushy ! Talked about me to the whole restaurant! One black boy worked there and was being messy with the Chinese people! I guess he had to protect his job😂🤣 insane! Seated us and gave somebody else our seats when we went to the bathroom. Gave us one drink never came back and asked if we wanted more . Very unprofessional. Talked about us to the whole restaurant and when I confronted her about it she laughed in my face and said she wasn’t talking about me. Will be reporting all of them to the owner. Don’t eat here . Crabs gave me food poisoning!

Went here last night on a whim, I had a craving for some seafood some good seafood so I decided to get this place a try. I ordered a small combo half-and-half six shrimp one snow crab. I got one potato and one piece of corn. the shrimp was so delicious. I will be back for that The snow crabs not too much. They was overcooked potato was perfect. Corn was juicy buttery saucy.. I ordered a margarita which was good bottom shelf house tequila you may say which wasn’t bad. You need like three of them to fill the buzz though so be aware.. The service was OK. It was a little slow, but I guess I get like that when the night become busy the atmosphere was OK. One room bunch of tables not too bad.

My partner and I’s experience here was good. We ordered a Seafood boil with snow crab legs, black mussels, shrimp, broccoli, boiled eggs, and it came with corn and potatoes. We had their signature sauce and made it spicy. It was very flavorful and we both enjoyed it! The calamari could’ve been better and we appreciated the portion size. Service was fast! Would come here again for sure. There is an automatic 10-16% tip added that came as a surprise given we were a party of two, and there was a tax as well. Overall we had a good experience here.

We came in to eat for Valentine’s Day and were seated by the hostess. After about five minutes, we were unexpectedly asked to get up and wait again because they wanted to seat someone else at our table. Confused, I asked why our party of three had to give up our seats for a party of two, but they didn’t provide an explanation or even acknowledge our concerns.

We waited for another 35 minutes, but they never seated us again, so we ended up leaving. The lack of communication and poor service made for a disappointing experience.

I went to this place two weeks ago and can't wait to go back. Everything was great. Them dungeness crab legs still calling my name. So delicious and they know how to make a good drink ❤️💯

Nice place and atmosphere overall but way too much salt. Barely edible for the price. Would go back though. Wish it was better food it was my birthday dinner.

Me and a few others visited this location quite a few times and we all love it. Food is always fresh and hot. Service is always outstanding. Atmosphere is good. We recommend the fried scallops, fish(catfish) lemon pepper wings, Cajun fries, broccoli, corn and Cajun rice. Very Good!! My daughter had the Alaskan crab legs and loved it. You won't be disappointed. Wait. The drinks are good too. Pineapple mojito, apple martini, lemon drop and chocolate martini are ones WE tried.

This place is the best! I make a point to eat here every month. Food is always hot and fresh, service is always great and they have the coldest beer on tap!

Parking: There's usually plenty of parking in the garage behind the restaurant, which is free while you are a patron in the area.
