We had to place an order that was pretty sizable with a quick turnaround, and this shop was recommended. It was a great experience - friendly and caring service, cute shop, excellent prices, and delicious cupcakes and banana pudding. The mini banana pudding cups were a huge hit at our event, and I'm southern and snobby about such things. We would definitely order again and recommend that others do too!

The banana pudding is absolutely divine. I’ve had a fair amount of banana pudding and this is among the best. The amount for price is good and it is definitely fresh. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend.

We visited The Sweet Life at the recommendation of a friend to try the banana pudding. We ordered the regular banana pudding, salted caramel banana pudding, and a vegan cupcake. The puddings were to die for! The cake part of the cupcake was delicious but the frosting was very hard and had no flavor. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful, even though the shop was busy. I would still recommend this little shop for desserts :)

Absolutely love their banana pudding (plus they have many flavors to choose from)! They also have banana pudding "flights" including smaller sizes of many flavors, cupcakes, and more. The staff is so friendly and it's a great place to stop in when you need a sweet pickmeup!

I literally stumbled here, literally. Was walking from a store and so happen to see a sign outside and I am a dessert freak black-owned, lady was super nice! Cash or card accepted. I tried the banana pudding, strawberry banana pudding, sweet potato pie and pecan sweet potato pie. Price was great imo for what you're getting. So much love put into everything served. Will be retuning! Thank you

I got a Good To Go surprise bag from here. It contained 4 cupcakes. I’m not sure what flavor they were but they were delicious and very moist! We couldn’t leave without trying the banana pudding too so I bought that as well. They are $4 for a small and $8 for a large. The strawberry banana pudding was amazing! My bf said it was so good that it changed the pace of his day?. We devoured it in under 10 minutes. The cashier and bakers in the back were very friendly and the cashier carefully packed our bag. ❤️ I would definitely recommend this shop.

The aroma inside this adorable little bakery is heavenly. They have an amazing selection of cupcake flavors. I thoroughly enjoyed every one I have tried so far. They also had a great selection of other desserts like mini pies that I will be going back to try in the future.

A treat to buy a bag of four different cupcakes, all fresh with a dollop of lovely icing on top. Each person got their favorite flavor -- red velvet, vanilla, cookie batter and chocolate. Very welcoming aroma that will tempt a return trip.
