It was the perfect cozy place for an after Christmas lunch. Josh took care of us and the food was perfect. Try the roast pork sandwich by the way. Great prices. Delicious IPAs.

The Guinness may be in a can but the bartender is able to make some excellent custom drinks. Good layout and there's burlesque shows on a schedule. Food options are pretty good, including things for us vegans.

One of my favorite bars in all of South Philly. The crowd is welcoming (rare for the area). Highly recommended. I especially love the back room !
The speakeasy is very small and a bit claustrophobic. Drinks are very expensive. They say no Jean's but they let people in wearing jeans. Our waitress was very rude. Musicians were terrific. They should definitely take a look at how many people they are allowing in such a small space. My advice? Find someplace else to go.

Do not go to speakeasy show!..not only a fire Marshall's nightmare, the staff is incredibly rude! You are placed an unbelievably small room with 70 PEOPLE and the staff THREW our bar bill at us. It stated no blue jeans but people where there with sneakers, jeans and tshirts..waste of money!

Only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is their food is hit or miss. We have been there multiple times and got the same dishes that we loved prior and the second and 3rd time around it was lackluster. When they are on point though the food is amazing and the drinks are strong.

Such an amazing gem! Super friendly staff, a brilliant bartender, supreme decor and a stunningly brilliant menu. Craft cocktails and stellar food. I’m not sure a Burger from any other place will ever taste the same. I’m blown away by this place! This is the place to be. This is hands down the best Burger in the city.
