If I could give a zero star, I would. I ordered a cake, designed it, and paid for delivery to a restaurant in Philly. I even included a note in the order letting the bakery know that we had reservations at the restaurant the next day. We get to the birthday dinner, eat, and I expect a cake to come out. There is no cake and none was delivered. This bakery is so u professional. I received a text that the cake was being delivered a day prior and obviously it wasnât. This is the worst, most unreliable bakery I have ever ordered from. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a cake when I came to pick it up at the designated time slot it took them a few minutes to find my cake. I thought that was a little unusual since they normally keep small preorder cakes that are due to be picked up in the front fridge but I brushed it off. The piping was supposed to be blue on the top and bottom. Instead it was white on the top and bottom with a blue band around the bottom piping. I was in a rush so I didn't get it fixed. It was supposed to be ½vanilla and ½chocolate, which I paid extra for, but when we cut it was all vanilla. You get one part wrong that's a mistake but to get half the order wrong that's just carelessness. It wasn't really a complicated order and it was an online order so no way anything could have been miscommunicated. It's like they gave me whatever they had laying around and got it close enough to my order to make it passable. I have been getting cakes here for years and the quality has been slowly declining. This is the final straw for me. It's really is messed up to deceive customers like this.

We got a chocolate strawberry shortcake with a custom Saw X edible image on top for my friendâs birthday. We were only in Philly for a few days and wanted a cool way to celebrate, and they went above and beyond with our order! We had issues with our flight being canceled and it pushed back our schedule, and they were very accommodating with the delivery service to make sure we could get the order in the end. Wonderful service and the cake was FANTASTIC despite having to get a day later than anticipated! Thank you so much for making my best friendâs day so special!! 100% recommend :)

I was eating my cake and I found a long piece of hair in my cake. And the cupcake I brought for my girlfriend was hard. Never again will I buy anything from Tiffany's Bakery.
Please bring back the original whipped cream on the strawberry shortcake. I donât care if I even have to pay a little extra. I canât stand the taste of Cool Whip. You guys are the only ones who used real whipped cream :(

Bought a birthday cake & balloons to be delivered between 11am-noon. After confirming delivery 3 separate time, the delivery is an hour and a half late and still no sign of my order. Will not use again.

ordered a cake and it wasnât what i requested at all. paid an extra $18 to add an image and it wasnât followed and didnât even write the correct inscription. didnât help when i asked for it fixed. unhappy customer and bad customer service. overall 0/10 experience.
