Came across Tiffany’s and immediately knew I wanted my cake to be designed and decorated here the attention to detail, texture and flavor was amazing. They answered all my questions in the beginning and throughout the process. I’ve definitely found my cake place forever.

I placed the order.
In my opinion your team needs to work on operations management. If you see the trail email - your team has no control on how orders are taken within the system. The amount you expect to be debited or paid by the client doesn’t show up and work on the links you provide.
Pls go through the trail email. I have repeatedly been asking for details before placing order.
I write this email as I reached Tiffany and was somehow able to place the order for the yellow cake - I wonder after so much email communication your team doesn’t have a system in place to attend to client and the client get to choose the cake informed before hand . Your team scrambles taking orders over email.
I reached and post the lady taking my order . And asking me to pay ISD 20 for last min which I don’t understand how was it last min when you can read the emails.
I reached Tiffany at 6- finished the preset by 0639 and my phone died. This is after a 30 hour flight to US from India where we reached today afternoon at 4 pm.
My phone died. Thankfully the lady at counter helped in charging phone however my phone never charged - I couldn’t book a Uber back home- my husband panicked and was in mind to call 911 to trace me
and I walked home by 0730.
Does the bday cake now make any sense to your team?
It doesn’t to us.your operational failure is so visible in this . This email is not for the manager or the person in charge- you’ll just cannot operate after 15 emails and a panic button from husband for I didn’t return home within the time I promised and I stayed unreachable .
Also your number on website don’t work. I tried calling repeatedly .
Regards
We had the pleasure of ordering our wedding cake through Tiffany's Bakery. We are not disappointed in the slightest by our decision!
The cake was incredible! We ordered a chocolate chip pound cake with vanilla frosting. The taste was out of this world. Guests raved about how good it was!
The design was elegant, with hints of eucalyptus and small florals. It matched our vision perfectly, and the attention to detail was evident!
The vendor’s service was efficient and friendly. They were very responsive during the planning process and made sure to provide insight and clarification where necessary.
The cake was displayed beautifully. It was a stunning centerpiece for our reception.

Ordered this cake for my daughter is was extremely dry and they didn’t do the strawberries in the middle right so each slice was falling apart we couldn’t get a good slice of cake. I was extremely disappointed I paid I think 100 dollars for this with them charging me rush service fee . I did call to speak to a manager about the cake I was told she would call me back and it’s been over a month I’ve gotten no call back…. Oh and let’s not forget it’s downtown so we had a very difficult time finding the location inside the mall.

This is a shop right level cake. I came here and forked out 70$ because I thought I would be getting a high quality cake never again.
Edit: it didn't even have the decency to taste good. Slathered with buttercream and DRY like they had it waiting for weeks before the pick up date.
NEVER Again. 08/09/2024

I was going to order a few things - one treat for now and a few to take to the friends I’m meeting later. The woman who waited on me (heavyset white woman with tatts and glasses) was not at all friendly and seemed annoyed that I was trying to decide what to get since she said that they “didn’t have donuts today”. I ordered 1 carrot cake cake pop. It tasted like cheese and under the icing was a layer of mold! I promptly walked back & showed her. She examined it to the point I thought that she may taste it: So I warned her that I can’t get the horrid taste out of my mouth! She never apologized & reached into a different fridge section. I told her that I don’t want anything, esp from a place that doesn’t seem surprised nor apologetic for selling really bad food. When I told her so, she claimed that they were made that day. If so the fridge is not working or they were made with old old products! So disappointed! You also would think selling sweet treats, you would be friendly! Geez. She was as sour as that cake pop.

I'm a lover of Red Velet cake. My daughter bought me a strawberry red velvet cake for my birthday on 6/15. This had to be the worst red velvet cake, I ever had. It was extremely dry. My strawberries had mold on them. Red velvet supposed to be velvety, hence the word "velvet". I guess they don't use buttermilk, if buttermilk to expensive. Please use sour cream and melted butter. My birthday cake was ruined.

I just had a red velvet cheesecake that I had ordered and delivered for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was utter perfection. Thank you Tiffany’s.
