Such a wonderful delicious boba shop it’s the best I’ve ever had, the customer service is amazing. 10/10 Come here. I feel at home.
It is kind of overly sweet if you get the brown sugar boba drink. It kind of taste like coffee, not gonna lie. They also have some sugar tax? Not sure what that is. Fanum tax. Drink it once to try it, but never again.
Good bubble tea and it’s usually ready pretty quickly even when busy! I’ve never had an issue with service here, they’re always polite and friendly to me - I see a lot of other people mentioning they’re rude? Haven’t experienced that personally. The boba are usually fresh and chewy and the flavors are really nice. I like the mango sago drink a lot too (don’t remember the full name). Lots of good options here, one of my favs in the area. It’s right in Chinatown so tons of transit options to get here easily from wherever you are!
Extremely disappointing experience. I simply asked about a drink on the menu, and the staff responded with a visibly annoyed attitude. They banged on the screen aggressively like they were trying to show how irritated they were. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, I’m never coming back.
My 11 year old wanted some good Boba in Chinatown so we went to Tigar Sugar and wasn't disappointed.
Friendly vibes!
Good Boba!
Great Price!
Rude staff! Went to next door instead.
Better train your staffs to be more polite and friendly! Poor customer service and attitude
Gave us free mochi 🍡
First time here. Not a huge connoisseur of bubble tea in general but comparatively this is a great spot. Also the customer service thank you I don’t know. Thank you so much thank you
I had a really disappointing experience at this bubble tea store. I walked into the store unsure of what to order. Noticing a poster of one of their signature drinks, I read out its name. The staff just stared at me without saying a word, so I realized I had to repeat my order to get a response. When I simply asked for 50% sugar, the staff member taking my order became visibly impatient and even rolled her eyes at me. I wasn’t being difficult—I just wanted a standard customization, which most milk tea places allow.
There’s no reason for that kind of attitude toward a paying customer. Echoing another reviewer mentioned here, "many businesses today are doing their best to provide the best service and products despite all the recent challenges they may experience." Nowadays, bubble tea stores are everywhere. If you can’t provide good service or dislike your job, you should consider switching careers. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, this place seems to lack it. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I loved the boba. Highly highly recommend it.
I think people give good reviews because they are not eastern Asian. The quality of this tiger sugar store is not acceptable 😭. This chain store is from my hometown and it is usually very very good, although expensive, except this one 🥲 the boba is mushy and milk has no aroma. The taro in the milk so pathetic you can’t see it. Just a sad and expensive boba tea.
This store experience was not satisfying. I went in yesterday and was not enjoying it, but I would not be coming back
