I was misled. The so-called Yangzhi Jinlu is actually mango sago dew and not grapefruit. I only read Chinese and didn’t pay attention to English. . . The shop misled me using a popular Chinese drink name and misrepresented it with a missing ingredient pomelo. Sleazy trick!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. I was trying to figure out which tea to order for my sister as she hasn’t drank bubble tea before. We were asking questions about which is caffeine free and taking our time and the young lady taking our order was extremely abrupt and rude as I was asking her questions. Work on your customer service and be kind. It doesn’t take much to ruin someone’s day by giving attitude and being snappy.I just learned Oolong tea has caffeine in it. Why wouldn’t the cashier have pointed that out as I specifically asked for which drinks didn’t contain caffeine?
