I love Tim horton's but the costumer service Sucks the girl in the morning she talk to me with a ugly attitude I ask for cream cheese Croissant and she didn't know what cream cheese was I know I have a little accent but every one at every where Can understand me i do speak English so I didn't get why she get the ugly attitude with me all I want it was a coffee

How can you go from one of the BEST Tim Hortons in the county to THE absolute worst?? You should ask this new owner/management staffer!!! Extremely slow, extremely rude, extremely unprofessional. If you want to start your day off in a bad mode I highly recommend you stop here before work. Closed or understaffed 70% of the time, dine-in has been closed for months, but who would want to eat in a dumpster. I think I've covered everything about this location. Will never ever take my business to this TH, and yes it is my neighbor coffee shop. Change your hiring practices, if they don't want to work find someone that does!!! STOP using covid and worker shortage as a excuse. Get to work.

Every time I go through the drive thru the staff is disgustingly rude. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Food is always cold and nasty and always has a problem with it. They always make the drinks nasty and I've had hair in my food several times. F*** this location.

I usually go to the Gahanna location. This one is far below the quality of that location. Grill not working. Mac n cheese was dry and sticky like it was scraped from the bottom. Sandwich had half the meat as usual. Just not up to par as other locations. Three strikes and not stopping there anymore.

no professionalism at all or proper communication skills. i ordered a large coffee but with NO ice, and when they gave it to me the WHOLE cup was filled with ice.... joke or not, not funny. if i wasn't on my way to way i would've went inside but will never go there again.

Pulled up excited to start my 10 hour day at work with a carmel frappé, I get to work and right when I go to take a drink I see a black small hair in the whipped cream. I have long, blonde hair.. no black anywhere on me. I ended up throwing it away.

Food is tasty service was fast enough they are training several new employees so you have to be understanding which the manager on duty didn't seem to understand. But I traveled 8 hours for this stop so I am going to make the best of it

I've had one bad experience w/them, but nothing too horrible. Tim Horton's is great place, but, this location is...well, it could be better.

I had a negative turned positive experience here couple of days ago. I happen to be one of those weirdos eating breakfast right at noon for lunch. Once in a while at least. More often that I like, I admit... I like TH sandwiches in general and some might argue they are nothing to rave about. I think they are pretty good. I walked in this location since I happened to be in the area at 12:01 and wanted to order breakfast items but was told they stop serving those at noon. Talked to manager and was told they ran out of them. No biggie. Turned around left, then thought to myself well I am already here let me order something they have not run out of. Came back, manager then, his name is Hicham I believe according to his shirt name-tag, told me if I could wait they will make a fresh breakfast order for me since they gotta cook the sausage. I took his offer even though I was ok ordering something else off lunch menu but he was nice enough to do it when he saw me coming back inside. 7 mins and I was out with a fresh hot bkfst in a bag. I also was there long enough to notice the good working chemistry between the manager and rest of staff. He seemed very friendly and employees seemed pretty positive as a result. I understand service mishaps happen but the key is how a manager deals with it and this one handled it just great.

Arrived for a first time visit at 9:40pm. Closing is to be at 10pm. Staff person had already changed out of her uniform, was now wearing jeans, flip flops, dirty t shirt and so sloppily put together that we actually saw her butt crack! If that wasn't weird enough for ya then stay tuned for attitude that's about to come from this lady. Apparently she forgot more than her hair net... She lost her mine right before she told us that she was already closed. We asked what time the place shut down and she said ten so we thought our watches were wrong when it wasn't even 15 til. Whatever. I get it. Ready to end your day but unfortunately I worked as a GM for Timmy Hoes for multiple years and this lady needs to bite the dust. When you close its at 10 and you stay for 1hr to prep for the next shift. You don't turn away customers. You certainly don't change before leaving. You most definitely don't act rude to patrons or act revengeful toward my sandwich. I'd love to talk to corporate about this location in general. Spoke to multiple hospital staff and they all had bad stories to tell. Don't recommend unless your starving... Just FYI there is a subway near by and the staff there are much nicer.

This location is close to a doctor that I visit. When I visit the doctor, I always stop for a donut and some coffee. Typically, their staff is really accommodating and really on point with taking orders. Though, I was in there one time and it seemed like forever before I was helped. Their donuts are always delicious, and I've never had a problem with them otherwise.

They're losing me as a customer. The hash browns taste old and stale, the iced tea tastes scorched and moldy. Usually the breakfast sandwiches are ok.

I love Tim Hortons and I travel all over the state for work. This is hands down the worst location in Ohio. The staff is consistently rude, cold food, stale doughnuts, and slow service. I pass this location every day and drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit another location.
