First and last time here! Service sucks! Bartender came to take order at 8:20,at the time came off as English was very well and understood never expressed any issues with speaking or understanding English. After waiting over 45 minutes for shrimp cakes I decided to try to get her attention or one of the bartenders attention, finally one of them decided to answer me to check on the food that was order at that time she informed me the first bartender avoided me because she doesn't understand English well to let me know the kitchen is backed up. Food did not make it out to the table until 9:45 . Took food to go!

Tío Pepe has been our #1 Restaurant We been going here for 4 years special occasions or just because but tonight we experience the must TOP KNOTCH customer service when I say top notch top notch top level the server Joanne was amazing. It’s amazing from the start from everything that we order she enhanced she suggested she did amazing thank you Pepe thank you Joanne for making my birthday exceptional one.
