This place is a nice brunch spot! The outdoor seating is small and limited but it wasn't crowded when we went. This place does not offer bottomless mimosas, but instead you can order a pitcher. The price is right and the food is pretty good! Service is fast and nice as well. There is street parking out front or a garage down the block.

I am impressed, Tipsy Bistro is truly pretty darn cool. Top notch service, nice mood. The menu is really fantastic, lots of fantastic choices, I had to go with Turkey Burger, and it was terrific. I became very good friends with the staff, who are all terrific and super welcoming. Tipsy Bistro you make so happy.

This cute little bistro was awesome for not only their food but for the quality of their staff which was incredible. They were super friendly and very helpful after my friends and I got stuck in a downpour while eating outside on their outdoor patio. They thankfully let us come inside the restaurant even though they were only doing outdoor dining because of Covid and packed up our food. They also made us a brand new mimosa pitcher since ours get gross from the rain. (This is a very late review since we visited this place in September) We found this place by searching all over Yelp and the internet for a delicious breakfast spot that also had bottomless mimosas. To our surprise, every place we called said they no longer offer them. I ended up finding this place after reading the several great reviews other customers had left talking about how delicious their breakfast was and so on. What we ordered: Chicken and waffles with a crispy Buttermilk fried chicken topped on an original Belgium waffle & Maple syrup. They were huge as you can tell from the photo and deliciously moist and fluffy. Next: Beef empanadas. Crispy beef and cheese empanadas served with red chili dipping sauce. Super random dish to order as an appetizer for breakfast but we were in the mood and they were perfect. Chris got the hungry man which was three eggs your way, sausage, bacon, home-fries, with biscuits or toast. He loved it and the portion size was huge. I ordered the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. It was three eggs scrambled with Asiago cheese, crisp bacon, basil aioli. lettuce in a long roll. Served with house chips. I was really craving a breakfast sandwich and the basil aioli really intrigued me. This bistro was definitely on the cheaper side but they didn't cut corners. Our waitress was a sweetheart and our food was done perfectly right. They took common breakfast options and brought them up another level.

I visited here for the $1 oysters during happy hour! Although I can't speak for much else, the oysters did not disappoint. They were surprisingly big oysters and shucked really cleanly! I'm a s***** for buck a shuck and Tipsy Bistro did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I ordered a side of wings too, which were pretty tasty! The service was incredibly friendly and he was quick to seat us and accommodate our needs! 10/10 would visit again for the oysters alone. No complaints overall.

- awesome service- not good rain control for out door seating you will get dripped on- shrimp BLT was the star of the show- chicken of the chicken and waffle was very well seasoned- waffle was regular- they have carafes of mimosa- ordering a few carafes is pretty much the same price as two hours of unlimited mimosas

I went to brunch here and was happy I made the choice. I had the chicken and waffles the food was good . The service was good and so were the mimosas. My friend and I were the only ones there for a while. We ate outside and enjoyed ourselves. Also the food came out fast. This was my second time at Tipsy Bistro and this place might be my new go-to spot for brunch.
I didn't even get to eat here, we're sitting waiting to order food for 20 mins and it's just my friend and I.. there is absolutely no one at the restaurant and the table is tiny. After waiting for so long my friend and I decide to move cause the table was tiny and wobbly and we planned on ordering a lot of food. The servers are walking around inside and we're waiting starving and there is no one there so we really don't understand why they didn't ask us what we wanted to eat. We had already decided in the 20 Mika it took for the water to come out. Then the server comes and says we can't sit at the table we moved to because it's reserved. I'm confused how a filthy table is reserved but I have different standards for things. I'm confused and I ask what time the reservation is cause we just wanted to eat and leave. But the server refused to tel me. He was nice and said his manager saw us move and was being anal. Imo my friend and I were the only black people trying to eat at this place. And again it's dead. So please tell me why we were told to move and ultimately refused service? Thanks

We ate outside on the patio and the experience was so pleasant. They deny indoor entry without masks and tables and were separated out so I felt very safe. The staff wore masks at all times. The food was really good! Definitely recommend the beyond burger and shrimp blt, each came with chips or fries. For the price the portions were huge and food was tasty!
