I've been meaning to do this for a while. This place is just fantastic! The people are fantastic! I order from here quite regularly. When I call they know who I am as soon as I say hello. Always kind. Food is always fresh. I get alot of burgers and chicken platters and they're always cooked well. The burgers are always a nice medium and the chicken and fries are never soggy, always crispy and never overcooked. The pizza is also very good. The delivery is always fast and arrives piping hot. I remember back in the 80s and 90s there was a pizza place culture in Philly where you could basically order from almost any corner joint and the food was good quality and great tasting(at least for fast food). We're now in an era where great pizza joints are few and far between but this place is a throwback to those good old days. The owners are always hospitable and always grateful for your business. Even the delivery driver is as friendly as can be, which makes me more than happy to throw a little extra his way as frequently as I can. Im not 100% sure if they're Italian or Greek or what but as a South Philly Italian myself they give me that old school Italian vibe and I simply cannot say enough about these folks. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Toms to anyone I can. I absolutely love this place. Best in Northeast Philly!!!

Cheesesteaks were bland and extremely oily. Owner forgot my second pizza then continued to leave it on my NEIGHBORS car. Asked for a refund and offered me $10. That's less than a pizza. Don't order from here. Way over priced and not even worth the money.

I tried this pizza place for the first time today, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The best items we had were the chicken fingers and french fries - crispy and flavorful. However, the rest of the food was underwhelming. The pizza and wings were just average, but the cheesesteak was by far the worst I’ve ever had. It was extremely dry, with barely any cheese or meat - very disappointing.
Pricing was standard, but the wait time was excessive. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, so I would definitely recommend calling ahead if you plan to try it.
The atmosphere also left a lot to be desired. The establishment is clearly dated and could benefit from some much-needed renovations. It’s a shame because the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
Despite the kindness of the people, the food and experience overall were a letdown. I would not return or recommend this place.

Large sausage Stromboli wasn’t that great. I asked for extra cheese and didn’t get it. There wasn’t a lot of sausage or sauce either. I did get small container of sauce for dipping. The sauce was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

We have been looking for a great pizza place in Northeast Philly for 5 years. The pizza not only tastes great but also has the same quality every time. We have been ordering for about 6 months now and not only is the pizza delicious it's definitely consistent. In addition both types of wings are outstanding. Both the breaded and non breaded are worth trying as well as the mozzarella sticks. The staff is outstanding, friendly and they make each order exactly as requested. I ordered a pizza a few days ago and it was perfect in every way.
