Tom’s Dim Sum is a very pleasant restaurant across from the Hilton Garden Hotel in Philadelphia. It was also very popular. It was bustling with people coming in and out picking up takeout out orders and also the restaurant was quite full with a short, waiting list the evening that we ate there. We especially enjoyed the crab rangoons, which were much more generous in terms of filling than other places where we’ve eaten them. We will definitely go back again and perhaps try...
