Usually this place is great, today it was understaffed and horrible. Dry unseasoned meat and ice cold unmelted cheese

The two individuals working the cash register couldn’t take an order ! They were three people in line and it took me 12 minutes to get my order taken! We at an airport! Getting connecting flights! I paid for my order and they couldn’t work it out! It was so stressful watching these two people try and work the register. I had to run to my gate after finally getting my order. What a disorganized restaurant! Never again! Totally a joke. How can they stay in business.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s fine. No problem.

Tony Luke’s is the place to go at Philly airport. They have the best breakfast sandwiches and are fast and friendly, too. You get huge portions. Avoid the long line at the place near by that isn’t nearly good.

I know it's in an airport but the meat was dry and there was almost no cheese on it...I added mushrooms and you could not even tell. It was a sad $20 cheesesteak.

Really good cheesesteak. Manager in the back, should have been out helping during busy time. Expensive, but all food is at an airport.

Worst cheesesteak EVER! Read a review on the plane while heading to Philly. Author said best Airport cheesesteak was Tony Luke's. NOT. Meat was dry as a desert, cheese wasn't even noticable. And, the dry ass meat had ZERO seasoning. Packets of salt and pepper couldn't revive this dead ass sandwich. Don't waste time or money.

No condiments, including no hot sauce you can ask for unless you want a buffalo sandwich. Rude cashier and just slow.

I visited this restaurant to order a Chicken Philly Steak sandwich, with order number #18. Despite placing my order before several other customers, I noticed that individuals who ordered after me, including those with Philly steak and breakfast sandwiches, were receiving their food ahead of me. I observed that the staff member at the counter mistakenly gave my order to customer #20. I was listening carefully the entire time and knew that no one had called my number.

When I approached the counter to address the situation, the staff member denied any mistake and claimed that he had called my number. This was not the case, as I had been standing there attentively the entire time. Instead, he had called out for #20, who even returned to say she received the wrong order but decided to keep it. At this point, they were already serving customer #22.

I politely pointed out that my order may have been given to someone else, but rather than taking responsibility, the employee insisted that I had missed the call. He continued to deny the mistake, even after speaking with a colleague in the back. I asked for an update on my order and reminded him that I had also ordered hash browns. After waiting an additional three minutes, my food was finally prepared, but no apology or acknowledgment of the error was offered.

The lack of accountability and the attempt to shift the blame onto the customer was disappointing. Poor customer service like this reflects badly on the establishment, and it’s unfortunate that my experience was overshadowed by this issue.

How can you put your name on food that is so awful and nothing like Tony Luke’s! Not by 100 miles! No Amorosso roll, no roast pork and a cheese steak made from a square frozen steakum on a heavy and cold “choke you” roll. So angry!

What a joke. It is a shame that this place claims to represent a Philly cheesesteak. You get a weak pile of slightly freezer burned meat, that is it. Top that off with them charging a hidden 3% "employee wage and benefit" fee. How was my 13.99 dry pile of presumably beef not paying your employee's wages?

Anyway, if you have a problem with businesses like this in PA they are violating the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law and feel free to report them to the state AG. I did!

The steak seems similar to what you'd get at subway, but very greasy. It also took nearly 20 minutes.

For airport food this was halfway decent. We got the turkey sub and the cheesesteak. Both were good. I like to eat at whichever place in the airport has the best reviews and this one was the best by far.

Probably the worst cheesesteak ever. Grizzly meat and no flavor, not worth eating. Fries were cold and you literally got 20 fries for $5
