The food was the hilight, which isnt saying much. Just a greasy bun with some beef strips. Any add one like onion, pepper, mushrooms is an extra 2 bucks each. For some reason the cashier threw an employee discount in here, but a gave her a $20bil, she rung up $18 and still gave me the wrong change. It was kind of sketchy. Additionally you have to pay an extra employee benefit fee because they work in the airport. I assumed that would be built in to the $14 sandwich and $3.65 Dixie cup of coke.

Two of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten, seen, heard of. I'm not joking. I got a cheesesteak and a pork sandwich.

So I was starving and honestly should have checked the the other cheesesteak guys. I ordered a cheesesteak and was surprised on how dry it was and didn’t have any flavor to it. I get it I was in an airport but come on do better. I can’t see how this was Zagot rated. Not impressed.

Figured why in Philly, one must eat a cheesesteak! I think I would pass if I had to do it again. Employees were great, I just wish they would cut down the sandwich size and provide a better sandwich with peppers, onions, and mushrooms rather than having to spend another $7-10 to add those to your sandwich. Fries were hot and fresh, needs some seasoning personally, and sandwich was kind of dry and lacking flavor, would have been better with veggies but didn’t want to take my individual meal to $40 for just me. Perhaps if you are sharing with someone, your individual meal now becomes very affordable because you could easily do that.

Get to this concourse when you land, Walk there and get a Cheese steak. This made the 4 hour layover worth it. Even just the plain fries were also exceptional. Best Airport food decision I ever made. If you have the time, stop here and get anything... it will be worth it.

First and last time getting a hoagie from here. They laid single slices of turkey across the hoagie..it was more toppings than meat… I used my own sauce and hot peppers to add to it because it was incredibly thin and bland. A $15 hoagie w/ barely any meat is insane!! I honestly wish I could’ve returned it, but I didn’t have time after I already waited for them to remake it for using the wrong cheese the first time.

Reddit says this is the place for cheesesteaks at PHL airport… hint…it’s not! If you like dry and skimpy and overpriced this is your place! I’m still looking for a great place in PHL airport for the perfect cheesesteak. It’s a shame because the world comes through here and thinks these are what everyone craves about. They are really letting Philly down.

Yikes. Maybe I should have gone with the wiz. Whatever you do, don't go for the provolone. Also, save yourself six dollars, don't buy the handful of fries they toss in your bag.

The fries are vegan! We asked what they were fried in, and the man behind the counter said “salad oil”. Then a few minutes later the chef came out and told us it was canola oil. Thanks for asking the chef!

I would not recommend this place!! First time eating here and the food has zero flavor! The piece of wrapping paper I accidentally ingested had more flavor than the sandwich!

Also, I was surprised to see that several of the toppings I was told that came with the sandwich wound up being extra charges. Stay away....
