When you're told to patronize black-owned businesses Top Shelf is a two-for-one, they have non-alcoholic drinks and great southern food. I was asked to come through for a birthday celebration ? and I was impressed and excited. Catfish nuggets, Mac and cheese, and cabbage. They are known to have great chicken wings and do!
I was here last night with my homie and her cousin and the cook was mean so I told him to his face you mean food must be good I think my homie said something about him being mean af but me I actually stayed calm (which is rare) so he brought out our food one at a time tryna be mean to my friend and he brought out her food thinking that it was mine so he could serve her last when my food finally came out it was worth the wait even tho the cook was a grouch he even apologized to...
