The food was so salty that it was inedible. (I love salt too!) My wings were so dry and cold that I’ll never eat here again. Terrible and don’t waste your money.

The manager is very unprofessional & rude & ignorant. The food be over cooked & when u express urself they block you from ordering. The manager is a nut & should be fired. She argue with the customer then ban you. If it wasn't for ppl like me that place wouldn't exist. They won't have to worry bout me anymore

I bought 2 fish fillets based on the large pieces in the picture and the ones I received were small as ever. I called to complain but to no avail, I won’t order from them again.

Solid spot to get wings in the Temple U area. Love that they have so many different flavors to choose from and their fried rice is also good. People giving bad reviews are expecting way too much out of a college campus/north Philly fast food joint….

I doordashed 3 chicken tender combos from here. They were overcooked, burnt and inedible. Im a black person and the chicken matched my skin. Inedible and made me lose my appetite

they can’t follow simple instructions with your food. I asked for spicy honey garlic sauce on my fries. Instead, they put whatever sauce they wanted to on my fries. just doublecheck your food when dealing with this establishment because they will take your money and rush you out the door and then have the nerve to charge me for the extra sauce on fries that they did not deliver horrible horrible horrible you lucky I can’t add a picture

This isn’t my first time at touchdown. Their food is tolerable and they’re open when I get home from work. Tonight I had my usual cheesesteak and bit down hard on what felt like a small , hard piece of plastic. When I took the piece of plastic out of my mouth I realized it was a press on nail. I’m
honestly still in shock as I’m writing this

I just left out of touchdown wings. This is my second time going there so I understand it says no public restroom but I’m a paying customer I ordered food. I asked the lady at the cashier. Could I use the bathroom? She tells me it’s not working but as I’m at the register, a guy from the kitchen goes right to use the bathroom and then come back out. I don’t appreciate that. And I just left out there at 6:30 pm on February 22, 2025

Food exceptional, service terrible. No indoor dining for some unexplained reason. Two goof girls as cashiers wit no enthusiasm or personality. Didn’t include the bleu cheese I asked for eitha. Hot wings impeccable, service couldn’t have been worse

Wings have a great flavor but the chicken itself is a little low quality and tough, still one of the better wing spots in philly
