First time enjoying Trio! Everything was delicious! They didn't skimp on the shrimp! The portion size is perfect! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. Is the cheese on my grits wasn't melted. I like my cheese in my food not on top. I don't know if the butter on the side was supposed be there? Thank you, I needed it for my toast!

This was my first time in the store to pick up my food and the customer service could’ve been better .. there was no one in line when I went in but the young lady took about 6 minutes before she waited on me, another lady asked me was. There for pick up and that’s when the young lady at the register said something to me to take my payment…

First time going last week and the breakfast of pancakes, scrambled eggs with turkey pattie sausage did .ore than hit the target. It was all I imagined! For now this will be my spot to order take-out breakfast. There is no dining in and few ill sorted chairs will you wait for your order. They don't take long and the place is very clean, also the staff is mannerly!

I asked the women 3 times what my total. She said a price . I asked her again what’s my total 8.99 but she ends up charging my card something else . This ILLEGAL. The next time u guys do that it going to be a serious issue.
