I have a better experience when I order delivery. Whenever I go to the location no one greets you the staff will have you just standing there. I wouldn’t go to this location if it wasn’t close to me. The last smoothie I had was mostly ice and it smells like they do not clean regularly in the store. With that being said, for sanitation purposes, I will not visit this location again.

Savion was very friendly and helpful today. Would go back again!

I went in to try their Açaí Bowl and ended up ordering a full lunch! The chicken pesto panini was very fresh 😋 , my bowl also tasted amazing! We also ordered a second meal which I think was the banana peanut butter bowl and chipotle chicken clubpanini! Also very tasty!! 🤤 Service was Kind and Friendly with Clean facilities!!! 10/10

I’ve been here on numerous occasions and my experiences have for the most part all been positive. The service is quick and efficient. The store as a whole is very nice and clean too. My go to smoothie is the Paradise Point smoothie which is really good I highly recommend it, I do plan on trying other smoothie flavors in the future.

My wrap is MUCH smaller than ANY other TSC I've ordered from AND my wrap was not cut. I had surgery and my jaw does not open properly and now I have to cut my food thay should've already been cut. Ordering from Penn campus from now on.
Update: My smoothie was also AWFUL. Ordered the Avocadolada and for some reason there's PIECES OF AVOCADO even though they "used a blender." If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I’m usually order from there’s another location on chestnut street, and I never had problems with it. This the first time I’m ordering from this location, and I’m disappointed with quality of the food. The salad in my wrap totally rotten. The oatmeal pudding is twice smaller than I’m usually getting and also berries there also looks not fresh. Also they gave me wrong item, I got chips instead of the banana.

Smoothies Great but they need to hire new people. I ordered off DoorDash they told the driver that it was only the drinks so I only received drinks then got the food re delivered and called and ask for them to remake it for the new order and they still gave me the old food and it was cold and just annoying experience overall ! The workers don’t even answer the phone right the either send you to voice mail let it ring or pick up and stay quiet they are lazy .

DO NOT WORK HERE I WORKED 4 days there for training they never even properly trained me I came in the manager sent me home wen the general told me to come in but wasn’t there that day they said wait for a call to come back in I never received a call and it’s been two weeks and I haven’t been paid yet this place is terrible very unprofessional managers and they play with people time and money they been dodging my calls ever since I would never work for this company ever again like they are about to get sued.
