This was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and it was so nice. The girls in there were really sweet, the place is clean, and it’s very aesthetically pleasing ✨I got the Jetty Punch, and it was amazing! Solid 10/10 ♥️

I don’t usually write reviews under restaurants but this was necessary. I needed a new spot to eat it and decided to give Tropical Smoothie a try and oh my God!! First off I want to shout out Yatasha and Taylor because I feel like my food wouldn’t have been good without them. I needed help on deciding what to order and Yatasha recommended the hummus wrap. When I tell yall the taste was so immaculate and flavorful! Literally the best wrap I’ve ever had in the past 40 years of my life. It was almost like they made the food with love and care, it was perfect down to a T! From the presentation of the food, to the portion sizes all the way down to the taste. Dont get me started on their chocolate chip cookie, I’m not sure if they heat it up but the chocolate was melted so perfectly. Literally the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had and that says a lot because I’ve tried a lot of chocolate chip cookies. The scenery was very nice and clean as well. May I add, the quickness at this place was surprising, I was in and out. No complaints here, you guys gained another customer. 10 out of 10 highly recommended this place. I’ll be back, Yatasha and Taylor prepare to be sick of me lol.

Very poor service. Waited in line for 10 minutes just for the waitress to take order from someone who just walked in. Mind you I’m standing at the counter right in front of her with a bright orange shirt on and she told me that she didn’t see me. Different workers are needed here

I asked for things on my wrap and I got them on instead and there’s no where to directly call for a refund for this place, I didn’t realize until I got home to eat it and the place was already closed. 1 star for not being able to follow simple instructions

The girls were more focused about messing around and talking to their friends that were there hanging out than making other orders. I placed an order online for pick up and it took 15 minutes for me to get my preordered smoothie and sitting there but she made her friends smoothie twice while letting mine sit half put together in the blender.

The staff here lack customer service. Also, this location will constantly substitute items without your knowledge or consent so I strongly suggest checking your mobile orders BEFORE LEAVING the store. I ordered a detox green smoothie once and they did not add the extras I PAID FOR (+ chia, flax & ginger)!
